I have a flower question. At least a month or more ago, I saved seeds from something. And the seeds were just a very fine red powder. Do you remember what flower that was? I really can't remember and I didn't label this one.

Those mice can be so darned picky. we bait traps here with gum drops and M&Ms....who knew mice had a thing for sweets...of course, we had one that would only eat peanut butter....so picky

Well the traps I have don't have the teeth on them to stick a potatoe peel on Moon so have to use peanut butter and the little varmit must be so tiny it won't trip the trap, just keeps eating the pb.

I hope that bug can't travel through cyberspace, or I'm outta here.

We had one like that Flowers...we put a line of M&Ms leading up to the trap and say back to watch....little buggar couldn't have weighed and ounce...DHJim said we needed poison...I opted for more M&Ms....three days later the mouse met the trap....moral...don't eat too much chocolate...it'll kill ya....

I saw a professional mouse catcher on TV and he only used peanut butter. You know I think they like sweets also. I once was staying in a motel by myself. I had several pieces of hard candies on top of the TV. In the middle of the night I heard the crinkle of the wrappers and the tub drain clicking. Who knows, that might have been a rat coming up from the drain! Scared me so much I was frozen!!!

You are just too kind and thoughtful Dixie...I have some old wine bottle corks....would they be helpful for you and Flowers? (give new meaning to Put a cork in it....grin

What about those eoc-friendly traps. It is a box where they go in and can't get out. You have to transplant them then.
