Cool!!! I found a tong works well when dealing with the cactus. I don't know if I can post from an e-mail but will try when I find it in my files.

she's still real sore but she's resting, and eating, at first she thought she was starving when she got home and dad and I kept warning her, but she ate a little too much and it came back up, so today she's figured it out slow down and stop just before full.

wow, looks like I might be able to get away with only 1 more bag of potting soil, hopefully!

It will take awhile for her to get back to par but she is young and will do fine I'm sure. My DIL had knee surgery for the second time Friday. They put a pin in and tried to make it stronger this time. She will be down for the count for a while with lots of PT in her future but hopefully this will take care of the problem for good. Those trampolines are an accident ready to happen.

are they still selling it at the stores now?

yes and of course hubby has one huge one here for the kids!

yeah our wal mart still has a few more bags, I'll go get one tomorrow

Morning all. Lynnie, so glad you got to see them! They are coming here the beginning of December, I'm dying to go. I was going to get us all tickets as an early Christmas present, then the tuition bill came....

One of the guys is from Rochester (an hour from Buffalo), in the spring he did a workshop with the *other* Kenmore High School band. Apparently it was a great show. I just love them, they have such energy!

Smiley I remember you saying that before, about the workshop, what a fantastic opportunity for those kids! This was their xmas show, it was great. Getting to it was awful, traffic, rain, they didn't open the doors on time, masses of people needed their seats changed (mine were changed by phone over a month ago) so it started late, but it was all worth it once they started playing. Our seats were upgraded and they were great seats.

Good deal! My son made me a Christmas cd last year. Once I feel the season, it goes in the car. (better start looking...)

Why did they have to change seating?

because of the pyrotechnics...

Heres a picture of Bumble Bee. Youngest grand. She just started walking about a month ago. We call her bumble bee because her mom puts her hair in little piggy tails a lot.. They look like a bee's antenna. LOL
