Wow, if he gives people hope for a better future, then why are so many un-employed?
And don't let the numbers fool you. Tell me how they count that ones who's unemployment has run out???
I have a chat friend in scotland smiley...........him and I have been chatt friends for 7 years at least.
I'm with you Dave.
trina, my BF and I talked about the moon on messenger, and I was in a game chat room when people where talking about the award. They didn't seem to impressed............LOL
GYPSIES SINGING IN THE RAIN
Don't know the answer to that, Dave, but I did find the answer to one of your questions:
Gandhi was nominated in 1937, 1938, 1939, 1947 and, finally, a few days before he was murdered in January 1948. The omission has been publicly regretted by later members of the Nobel Committee; when the Dalai Lama was awarded the Peace Prize in 1989, the chairman of the committee said that this was "in part a tribute to the memory of Mahatma Gandhi". However, the committee has never commented on the speculations as to why Gandhi was not awarded the prize, and until recently the sources which might shed some light on the matter were unavailable.
I still think it's like The Oscars.
Kassy, I don't think there's many people who are impressed with the choice this year. I was like everyone else also: "huh?"
I know what yall mean on the moon subject. It never ceases to amaze me. The pure stupidity of it all. And I don't even want to get started on what a screwed up government we have.
or how about the super huge underground facility they built to recreate the Big Bang, that is supposed to have created us
oh we're gonna set this thing off that is 200 times bigger then the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. but it's underground in a sealed concrete chamber, so there's nothing to worry about
Okay.............. who says "don't get me started!" ........................................
Venice, how's your plants doing today?
Dave, got any more pictures of "friends"?
Trina, how's Chupy today?
And where has Moon been?
Hi Dixie!! Got cookies?
Kassy, don't know too much about you - is it you who was frying that big mushroom way back then?
Just trying to lighten it up, sorry i brought up the moon crash....
oh, the particle separator thing. didn't they not do that for some reason? I'm at work, can't ask DH. He reads the paper (and a bunch of internet papers) front to back every day. One of those smarty smart people. once it's in the brain, it never gets lost.
Time to go home. 5 down, 0 to go!
Night Kassy, chupy is being a bad puppy and spending time in her kenel today
LOl Smiley!
Another country is doing the particle separator thing.

Kassy, you will tell us when you see those first snowflakes, right?
Trina, let's see a photo of puppy, please?
How many of the 681 have you named now?
Kassy, remember that flower you photographed that had a drop of water on the tip of each pointy petal? If it is handy, can we see it again?
Smiley, I sure hope it clears up and this rain stops. It is suppose to be sunny tomorrow but it is hard to believe by looking out the window. As you know I have a few things to plant.
Hey Trina, did you get all your plants in the ground?
hi all Moon contacted me and asked how i was doing
i am here i am now fighting sinuses galore since my sickness. they are talking about surgery as my sinuses are making my teeth hurt on one side. hubby thinking its allergies as the rag weed and other yellow stuff is in full bloom.
all i know is the crude is draining in my throat and its awful. but i am here.
just been trying to find a confederate rose that changes from white to pink alll on the same bush and having no luck. its a double form and seems no one sells it. but i am here sinuses and all.
I got some longer poles for my avocado trees but I need to spray paint them green when it stops raining. I asked the maintenace guys early in the summer about poles for those trees, so they gave me a 6' long hollow metal frame piece like you see in a screen door. I cut it in half then. But now I have 2-6' long pieces of it that I will use. That's one of the reasons that those trees were bending. They didn't have long enough poles.
Imzadi Your boxwill go out monday morning with a few "Suprises"
Imzadi, so sorry you are sick and feeling so bad. I didn't realize you were sick before. I really feel for you. Hope you get some relief.
Did you see Moon's confederate rose? Very beautiful.
Kassy, I found that plant that I was thinking about. It is not a flower but leaves.

Smiley, ya betcha I got cookies in a veeeery safe place! When I get my quiet time those cookies, will come out of their little hidie hole. Some times I will get little twinges of guilt. Not enough to share them. Grin. And no one knows that I have my cookie stash but me. Gonna keep it that way if I can. Wonder where Moon is? I have oldest grand daughter with me . She's 4. We have played barbies, colored, fed the poo babys, watched a little Sponge Bob and went to Mickey D's. So I'm catching yall off and on when I get a free moment.
Dixie, did you show us your poo babies?
Trina you have enough plants to start your own Nursery!! I have some Day Lilly and Morning Glory seeds I will send you I f you would like them. I can scratch around and find some others as well. Let me know.
oooohhhh...yes yes yes, bring em on Dixiegirl!
Hi Venice. No never got the poo babys pictures in there. Tried to send them the other day. Only got my dogs picture in. I am going to try again with them soon. They are growing like crazy. The poo babys have graduated to the S--- babys. Grin. I am the lucky girl that gets to clean thier little home. It gets pretty ugly in there. I like the little fellows though.
Are they too young to graze in a field?
Trina will send them off to ya Mon. Hope they make happy plants for you to enjoy!!
I am sure they will! Thank you Dixie
We let the run around in our yard but have to watch over them. Mainly because of cats. They will grow to be 7 or 8 pounds when they fully mature. Then I think they will be fine to free range. And I will be dancing a little jig.
Trina did the coleus survive = the trip? hope you can find use with those seeds
