Trina, Dave's plants wouldn't survive me in Buffalo. When I look at his pretty plants, I just sigh...
I killed an orchid in my bathroom last year. Won't try again.
She was a Gypsy Woman....
Thank you Trina.

Well, who has a bird like that???
well then, nice trip!! I'll know what I'm looking at. ^_^
I should have gone back up & read your post again, sorry.
I thought someone said that they loved playing with their bird and she was teaching it to say things. Who was that?
actually, venice, I used to live in an apartment bldg & someone had one of those big fancy birds. I don't know my birds very well, but it looked big & fancy like Rachel's not-bird.
I personally wouldn't do it unless I had an aviary big enough, but this bird had the run of the apartment and the kitchen area was where the big perch-y thing was. yuck.
that's nice that you were able to do that Rachel.
so where would I go on vacation? LOL
Seedtosser has the bird.
Hi all, got my hands full of the little one.
So far he has dumped the dog water and fed the dog about 10 pounds of dog food.
All in a matter of a nano second.
leave it to children JJ! the 19 yo did the disappear with the jeep keys thing I just sent him an evil step mother text, he brought the keys back
Nice Macaw and plants Rachel! How big is the greenhouse?
you'd think with as much as I like McDonalds greasy mcdoubles (no pickle extra onion) I'd be as big as a house
venice there is a person letting people dig daylilies in wilmington ohio. 2 hrs 33 min from you.
I seen it in the daylily thread
It was Seedtosser that had the bird!!
See Sept. 21, 11:21PM
45 more minutes YEAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I had birds once, and I will never have them again, they're messier than the kids and they spit things at you on purpose!
I remember what a chicken coop smells like. Also, when my son was little we had 2 baby ducks to raise and release. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!!!
exactly!.....37 more minutes
Ok everybody if my weather holds tomorrow I am going out and digging up the lilies of my neighbors that are invading my yard who wants some?
Dave, that almost looks like a big scary bird!!! lol
woohoo 30 minutes, I have white, orange and pink ones which look really weird.
the mailman hates me...I know he does
Never seen any that big before.
I brought some seeds home from Maui, they are growing at friends in Florida.
Because you keep him busy?
Venice, thanks for clearing that up. Seeds had the little bird, I remember.
Me, Trina!! me! me! unless they're stella d'oro's, I have those.
Beautiful plant Dave (( sigh ))

Yes Rachel. In 2000
Went to Oahu for 5 days and then to Maui for 5 days. DH and I got married while we were there.
We had been together 17 years so thought it was time.
they are suprise or tiger lilies, I don't know which...definately orange.... three flowers or so on one spike with curled back petals, I don't like them and they are trying to uproot my roses

I would be perfectly happy never getting married again....of course i was resistent the first 2 times
wow everyone left in a hurry...well I am off too the little chupacabra has a vet appointment in the morning, more shots so she's gonna be very lovey and needy when we get home
Time for me to take this little one to bed.
