We had a storm come through last night. It broke the humidity and is now 70. Perfect day for the kids to show at the fair.

Nice house to fix up, love the detailing by the roof corners(whatever they're called) I keep saying that's my next house, I want one with a front porch, you can hang out on.

Had some light rain over night. Mid 60s now going up to maybe mid 70s. Cloudy dreary with chance of more rain later.

Going to Portland Civic Center for a comedy tonight. He's actually a ventriloquist comedian named Jeff Dunham and i've been a fan for about a year or 2. DD bought DH & I tickets for our Anniversary so we thought we'd drive down, (about 75-80 min. drive) go out for dinner then catch the show. I can't wait!!

Sun popping out. 70, but 83% humidity!

Was picking up my son and saw this huge beam being lowered for the span of the new bridge on 9W. If you remember, I posted a link to the implosion of the old one a few months back.

Here's a wide shot of the whole thing. They are working amazingly quickly. Hope it doesn't fall down!

It is very cool here today and I just keep waiting for some rain....but now the sun's out and I don't think we'll get any rain. We could use it for the new grass seed! I also think my caladiums (which are just now peaking through) could use some!

Cool, but no sun, so couldn't hose down the irises which had been dug the day before. Must get them clean before shipping.

We are looking at 5 days of high 80s low 90's with some humidity thrown in for good measure.^_^ First time this summer all the A/C are going.
