My purchase was exactly as advertised. The tracking information was much appreciated as I live out in the "boonies" and sometimes things take longer than usual to reach me. My order arrived exactly on time! The contents (marked Fragile) were very well packaged and arrived undamaged. Thanks! I would recommend this company to other gardeners.

I have been ordering plants from Garden Harvest Supply for several years now. In most cases ordering 20-50 plants per order. I have marveled at the integrity of this company in terms of product quality and especially their commitment to customer service. I've had very few problems with orders over the years, but if one does occur, it has been resolved expediently and satisfactorily. N. Ricci Watertown, Ma.

Even though for some reason (it may have been my computer) I couldn't place my order on line, I did get a reply to my email within 24 hours that gave me a # to phone in my order. Besides having very reasonable prices, I received my order the very next day!!! would definitely order from GHS again. Thanks.

I found things that I could not get locally, but I "have to have" in my garden. I ordered on Tuesday and received the order on Friday with all of the plants in excellent shape. All for a similar price to what I would have paid at the garden center!!

I could not be happier with the vegetable and herb plants I received! When I first told my husband I had ordered seedlings through the mail he was skeptical, the plants arrived healthy and undamaged. They even survived a few days out on our deck until we could plant them. Now, almost a month later, they are going strong with no problems. This is my first deal with Garden Harvest.I'm very satisfied with their service; fast delivery and nice packing.And they let you know when the shipments ready via email,it's great!

I have ordered fuschias from other companies before, but when I received these plants, the packaging was the best I've ever seen. Plastic completely surrounded the plants and the "planter". The plants were a little woosy, but water perked them right up. I have received fuschias from other companies, but these were large and well branched. Can't wait for them to bloom.

I used Garden Harvest Supply for the first time recently. I ordered four Abutilon plants that I was unable to find in my area. I was so surprised when a nicely packed box arrived with the four larger than expected plants tucked safely inside. It's hard to believe that plants that size were shipped without a problem. I will definitely be using Garden Harvest Supply again and will also recommend it to my gardening buddies.

This is the second year in a row that I have ordered Heirloom tomato plants. Last year I got a bumper crop from 6 plants! I hope they do as well this year. The plants have arrived as I requested and in really good shape. Keep up the good work!

I have made two purchases from Garden Harvest Supply. I purchased a quantity of Kozy-Coats and Walls-of-Water that arrived very quickly. My purchase of plants took a little longer, but I was greatly pleased with the quality of all of the tomato plants that I received. I was also pleased with the personal touch that I received from the company when I called to question the delay in the plant shipment. I received one substitution that disappointed me, because the original was not marked as sold out on the website. . . Again a phone call and a conversation with a gracious representative, who immediately had the plant that I originally ordered sent to me, resolved this issue. I plan to make more purchases this year, and I can't wait to start earlier next year.

My order was easy to place and it shipped quickly. The product was exactly as I expected and I plan on ordering more.

I'll let my experience speak for itself.

3/3 -- My credit card is charged for the purchase of two blueberry bushes (44.15).

5/8 -- I receive a notice that shipping has been completed.

5/15 -- I advise Garden Harvest Supply that my shipment has not arrived, and that the tracking number in fact indicates the post office did not receive the plants. I request an update.

5/18 -- Stefni Stutzman of GHS replies, " ... when I tracked the package it had a delivery confirmation on it. Have
you received it between now and Friday?"

5/18-- I quote the post office tracking -- "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on May 8, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later." I add, "The fact remains -- I have received nothing, and there is nothing in the tracking to indicate I should have."

5/18 -- Stefni confirms that our tracking numbers match. They do.

5/18 -- (Stefni) "Well I’ll have to contact the post office and talk with them. I will let you know what I find out tomorrow, since they are closed for the day here. I’m very sorry you haven’t gotten your plants yet."

5/19 -- I ask what she found.

5/20 -- (Stefni) " ... you will have to call your local post office. It could mean that they are holding it there. If they aren’t holding it they will have to search for it since it was the destination office. If you still cannot find it please let me know."

5/20 (Me): " You had said,

"... when I tracked the package it had a delivery confirmation on it."

Please forward that confirmation information. I am sure my local branch will not pursue an inquiry without it, as there is no other evidence the plants were ever received by the post office. All I can offer them is the confirmation number -- give to me by your firm -- that indicates that the post office did not receive the shipment. I will need your information.

If you cannot provide some proof or evidence that the shipment was ever made, I would like a full credit processed immediately.

I heard nothing more from Stefni. So, on 5/26 I tried the mail form on the site, hoping to reach someone else. No response.

On 5/31 I left a message on their answering machine. No response.

It's past the time I wanted to plant the bushes so I would like this resolved with a full refund.

Ordered early Spring. Never received items by June 1. Emailed 5 times. Phoned 3 times. No answer. Had to rush out and buy my annual bedding plants as this lousy company never bothered to ship my plants or even let me know they were not shipping. Will never do business with them again and will do all I can to spread the word all over the internet.

The ordering process was easy. The products were delivered promptly, and in good condition. I have been satisfied with the quality of the products.

This will be my third order with Garden Havrest Supply. I am amazed at the size and health of the plants - it is hard to believe the plants spent two days in transit. The prices are great too with the plants being twice the size you would normally get! I have also been able to find many plants that are very difficult to obtain in my area, usually becasue they sell-out so quickly. I have been so pleased with my purchases that I have recommended your store to all my gardening friends.

I was very excited to receive the Mum plants that I ordered in two days from date of shipment and the shipping was very reasonable They were in excellent condition and far exceded my expectations. They are varieties not available around here at our garden centers. We have a Fall Garden Show and I expect to amaze everyone with them, if they grow as well as I expect them too..Thanks so much for the great service. I plan to order from your company again and tell others about it.

Got my order today. Everything was as advertised. I am as happy as a clam at high tide.

I ordered an abutilion 'Red Tiger' flowering maple plant. I didn't know what to expect because I've never ordered plants online before. Was a little skeptical but, my plant arrived in good shape. Looks very healthy. I've not planted it yet but I'm hopeful it will grow into a beautiful plant.

We purchased the Heavy Duty Tomato Cages and they are awesome !! They are very sturdy and very easily stored as they fold up neatly. They shipped our order in Warp Speed time and I highly recommend this company. I have purchased Diatomaceous Earth from them previously, and I went back for the cages. I only wish all vendors were as honest and efficient as Garden Harvest Supply.com.

I ordered both the "Blackie" and the "Marguerite" Sweet Potato Vines. My order arrived on time after being shipped and it was also well packaged. Some appeared to be in need of a drink, but nothing unexpected from being mail ordered. I was also very impressed with Garden Harvest Suppy for contacting me via email when they werent able to ship the plants in a timely manner after the payment was received, due to their unhappiness with the plant size. So once the plants were satisfactory on their end they then shipped them =)

I saw this ad on tomatoes cages always looking for new ideas and helpful products. I was real disappointed in this VEGGIE CAGE, it is real flimsy it might support a pepper plant. A first time user.

Ordered "Perm-a-Mulch" Mulch Mat, and am impressed with it. Keeping mulch beds debris/weed free, and cleaned up in high wind country (plains N. of Denver, CO) has been an on-going challenge, hard on the back! This product, although a little pricey, will save me hours of work, and keep the landscaping looking better, and allow me to use riding mower around trees and flower beds, w/o scattering the mulch, damaging the root-balls or the blade on the mower. The time saved, damage prevented and relief to my back are worth the cost. I'm impressed enough that I will be ordering five more (and I'm a cheapskate!).

This season was no different - very good selection, easy ordering and the vegetable & flower plants arrived at the time I specified. An important thing to me as a zone 4 gardener with late frosts. I had the pleasure of ordering from this company for organic diatomaceous earth for the school system I work for. I had several inquiries to make regarding specifications on this item and my emails were answered promptly. Garden Harvest Supply allows one to order vegetable plants one would not find in a local nursery. They arrived promptly and well packaged.

I ordered plants that for some reason are difficult to find in my area - especially different colors. I was leary at first and was so pleased when they arrived. The plants were very healthy and anxious to be placed in pots. My dad, who has been gardening for years and is very picking about his plants, was very impressed with the quality of the plants. I hope they enjoy their new home and I will definitely order more plants from Garden Harvest Supply in the future.

I ordered from Garden Harvest Supply after checking out the reviews here (I'm always leery when prices look too good) and I'm so glad I did. So many fabulous varieties of tomatoes (including heirlooms!) and peppers that arrived much bigger than I expected for the price. Peas and lavender were also in wonderful shape, and customer service was great about contacting me re: the couple of things I ordered that were out of stock. I was able to arrange substitutions I was happy with.

Next year I'll know to order much earlier -- before all the basil is gone! :-)

I was extremely pleased with the crysanthemums I ordered from Garden Harvest Supply! The way they were packaged, there was no way the plants could be damaged. The cardboard was actually still wet, so I KNEW the plants had been well watered before being shipped. I will definitely order from Garden Harvest Supply in the future!

Second time ordering and just as the first the plants (hot peppers) were way better than i expected. We're trying a new one this year and know it will produce great peppers. Our only disappointment was, you were out of the Jalapeno's when we placed our order this year.

The mums Garden Harvest Supply shipped me this year were great! Now if I can just keep the slugs away until fall!!

Half of the plants arrived fine. I feel if all of the plants had arrived with the plastic on the pot I wouldn't of lost two plants due the dirt being dry. The plants that did have the plastic on them did arrive with the soil being moist. When removing the pots before planting the soil was falling off the roots and the soil were very dry. All the other plants that I did plant did survive and they are thriving well.
