The cost of your products is very good, better than most retail outlets. I received my lantanas in great shape, couldn't believe they were so fresh looking and alive. Alot of live plants from other places arrive limp at best and in quite a few cases dead. Thank you for such prompt delivery, I will be buying from you again soon!

Very helpful with answering questions about my planned purchase of ornamental sweet potato vines. Prices were the best I found online, about the same as the same plant locally at a big box retailer. (I prefer to buy from independent growers). Based on the site's recommendations, I ordered the "upgraded" shipping, they contacted me and said that I lived close enough that I didn't need it, the regular shipping would get here in time, offered to refund. at my request they shipped an additional plant instead. Nice sized plants arrived healthy and vigorous. The celery plant was enormous. One Marguerite sweet potato died, it was my fault, I planted it outside a little too early to see if it would do ok even with the cool nights (it didn't). Others that I waited the extra week to move outside are doing fine even after being outside several weeks in an unexpectedly cool spring. I will definitely buy from them again, excellent and responsive seller.

I am very pleased with the help I received from customer service when calling about a question. I do appreciate the speedy service in sending the stuff I ordered, and it was packed very well.

I ordered coco liners for my hanging baskets on Saturday, May 16th and I received them on Tuesday, May 19th. I was really surprised to receive them so soon and they were all top-notch material at bargain prices. I would use you again!

This is the first time I have ordered from Garden Harvest Supply. I ordered a dozen cages last week, and they arrived this afternoon. I was especially looking for cages that were sturdy, having looked at many others that were constructed from materials that wouldn't hold up, e.g. thin-gauge wire. These cages are galvanized 10-gauge wire and should hold up for a very long time. Not cheap, but so much better than the junk available locally. Now that I have seen the cages, I plan on ordering more. These will be very good supports for pepper plants. For tomatoes, they wouldn't be tall enough, unless two were stacked together. I have already ordered six-foot tall cages for my tomatoes from another source. I wanted these cages for my pepper plants.

I found that I had pill bugs eating my newly planted cucumbers and found that since they are crustaceans the only thing to stop them was to use diatamaceous earth. I went on line and found it here and also on sale. I ordered on Friday and it was at my home by Monday.

First time customer with the company and was pleasantly surprised with the speed the plants got delivered (shipped on 2nd day after ordering (no backorder or shipping delays), shipping time took two days with USPS priority mail) and how well they were packaged for transport. All vegetable and flower plants were very well established (except just for a few). Will order from them again!!!

Purchased tomato plants: good price, and VERY EXCELLENT plants arrived in perfect shape due to safe, immobile packing. These plants were about 12" tall, in still-moist soil. Not one was bent or broken! Will DEF be ordering again!!

I normally do not order annuals on line, because you get broken plants or a stick with a root. When my order came, i really was impressed with your packaging. Nothing was broken, smashed or dead looking. The plants are very nice looking and I would definitely order from you again. Joan

I was pleasantly surprised when I received shipment of my order from Garden Harvest Supply. The plants were larger and more developed than most I have received from other online suppliers. In addition, they were extremely well packaged and delivered in excellent condition. The order was also filled promptly and correctly the first time!

We have ordered online many times over the years and most times we received plants that were very small. We were shocked to see the size of these plants, the condition of the plants and the care that was taken to package our Begonias! THE PLANTS ARE MUCH LARGER THAN EXPECTED and were packed with such care! You went out of your way to send beautiful, healthy and protected plants. Even the ones we purchased from our local hardware store last year did not look as good as your plants did. Thank you for caring and providing such beautiful plants. We planted them in large pots the day we received them, gave them some water and today they look like we started them from scratch in these pots.

I got moldy asparagus crowns! I've tried calling, left a message, tried calling again, no answer. I'm not planting these things in my garden. I don't even like having them in my house! I want a refund!

Dear whfrench, sorry you have not received a call on your message. This time of year all of our lines are busy on many different occasions and it takes us a while to get to our messages. I have talked to the girls and they do see a message about your problem, they will be calling shortly.

The mold on the asparagus is not a problem. It is caused by moisture. During shipment the moisture from the crowns cannot evaporate. If you follow the instructions and soak the crowns for 15 minutes, the mold will wash right off.

We will do as you requested and refund your order; please do not throw them away, they are perfectly fine. If you do not want them give them to someone who does.

This company sends out plants that are mature enough to survive the trip. Everything arrived strong and healthy. Despite an unexpected April freeze, all but one plant survived.

Garden Harvest is my first choice when ordering plants online.

I loved and missed the regal geraniums I used to grow in Southern California that I have been unable to locate here in North Carolina. During search I found them at Garden Harvest Supply and was elated. The price was very reasonable so I ordered 5 of the 6 varieties...the other already being sold out. Boo Hoo. Anyway, they arrived yesterday and I was totally amazed. The care that went into the packaging was astounding. They were in excellent shape and the soil was still moist. My biggest surprise was how HUGE the plants were and the great condition they were in. Some of the BEST quality I have ever gotten from mail order plants...and believe me, I order a lot this way. I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN from this superb company. Keep up the great work. Love ya lots!!!

Plants arrived well packed and still moist. Most of the plants had blooms or buds on them so I was able to see the color. Was notified of a subsitution prior to shipping. I will order from Garden Harvest Supply again.

I ordered a pepper plant, 'mulato isleno', and was extremely satisfied with both the condition and packaging of the fledgling plant. It was a good foot tall with nice foliage; it also took the transplanting to my garden very well and continues to be a beautiful specimen.

I would give Dave's Garden a hardy thumbs up and will be happy to do business again (hopefully soon).

I've purchased several items from Garden Harvest Supply online. I use food grade diatomaceous earth both for pest control in the garden and have fed it to our feral cats to rid them of parasites. My husband and I have recommended Garden Harvest Supply's DE to several people here in Tucson.

Our yard is basically surrounded by mounds of leaf cutter ants. I resent the heck out of their stealing the leaves off of plants so many times that they kill, even though I do know they're good for the environment. I cannot bring myself to poison them. So, I'm trying the NocDown III cedar oil this year. Had a huge mound underneath a vine right inside the yard - poured a small amount down the hole and washed it in. The 3 ft mound just outside the back gate got the cedar oil poured in, but not washed in. Going to see what happens next.

I'm extremely happy with Garden Harvest Supply - orders arrive when they're supposed to and the customer service reps that I've been in contact with have always been helpful and kind.

I've ordered 4 tomatoes and 1 brussels sprouts from this company. 4 of the tomatoes were packed together and when I opened it up, they were all out of the pots, tangled up with each other....including its plant labels. Had no way of knowing which plant was which. Ordered Sweet baby girl, Black Cherry, Brandywine Red, Giant Belgian Pink. Meaning...luckily, I ordered red cherry, black cherry, red , and pink tomatoes! So, once they fruit, I will know what they are. If I oreded similar color/sized tomatoes, I would have been REALLY MAD. Oh.....did I say that I ordered the Belgian? I got Caspian instead. They contacted me with that info AFTER they shipped my plants. Tomato plants were decent sized. However, they must have been watered awhile before they packed since they were all withering..... Dirt was bone dry. For first 2 days, they were pityful. Now they seem healthy. I think gardenharvest can take a little more care in packaging well watered plants, and making sure that the plants don't come out of the pots. They can't blame on postal carries on this one....

This is most certainly a delivery problem, when you have such a mess when the box arrives it clearly shows the box was mistreated during shipment. Once the dirt starts coming out of the pots the plants will dry out much quicker thereby drying out the plants faster than normal. You were disappointed with your substitution; however we did notify you and we also asked you to let us know if this was not acceptable as we would have gladly refunded that plant if it was not. We do warranty our plants and we would be glad to reship your complete order so you know which plant is what. I ordered a variety of tomato plants and seeds and recieved it in a well packed box, all the plants nice and healthy, I will defintely order from Garden harvest supply again.

Provides excellent customer service. I needed to add to a previously placed (not shipped) order and the response was quick and easy. My plants arrived yesterday and are in the ground today. Well packaged and nice plants. Couple of items incorrect but I anticipate this will be taken care of right away. Overall...excellent and I will be buying again.

Had a small problem with my first order from this company but they solved it quickly. Products shipped quickly and a very healthy tomato plant was packaged well and arrived looking great. Will use again and I recommend.

Overall I was pleased with the receipt of our plants, I did think some of the them were a bit small and so didn't make the trip and I'll need to replace about 10 - 15% of the little guys.

I ordered a Bird Feeder which came very promptly in 2 days via UPS Ground. After reading the instructions, I learned that I did not have a tree with the required low limb with sufficient "side clearance" (space between tree trunk and feeder) for this particular "squirrel proof" unit. I called the company to request a return authorization which was cheerfully given with no problems or hesitations whatsoever. The experience was so positive that I placed an order for a more proper squirrel feeder. They were very helpful.

I received my first order from your company today. I want to tell you how pleased I was when I opened the package. The plants were very carefully packaged and in excellent shape. I'm so impressed with your company and its products that I'm going to order something else. I can't even get plants here locally that are as nice as the ones you sent.
