I have a ton of these peonies all over the place
Garden Photo's 09 .........25
Here's one last shot for now .... A wide view of the front corner garden where the walk to the front door meets the driveway.
I am thinking about how to redo the whole thing, as most of the single stem roses have reverted to their climbing rose root stock. Not sure I am the best at growing those types of roses. Though the climbing roses I have mastered.
Also, there are periods, as you can see here, where there are not a lot of blooming going on. The daylilies need dividing, as does the centauria, which both crowd out the Oriental Poppy which really doesn't go (colorwise) with anything in that area.
There are irises in there. Bee balm, milkweed, columbine, daylilies, hyacinths, holly, balloon flowers, liatris, vinca, penstemon digitalis, lady's mantle, lavender, chinese lanterns, probably a dozen roses, some reverted to climbing as said, Marsh Hibiscus (one of the belles), and I am sure some things I am forgetting ..... Way too many things for that tiny spot, eh?
NOID blue iris is a siberian, not a Japanese--which one I do not know.
Can I post my NOID child here???
Only if child can post NOID parent--fair is fair.
Maybe I should post it on the UPS website??
Nice pics, everyone!
Victor, I love the your roses Pure Poetry, the native pink and the NOID white. And the peony is luscious!
You have a lot going on there, Willie. I love your blue and white NOID iris, as well as the yellow and white. Very nice! The agave is great! I love agave. Hey, I have some overcrowded gardens, too! So much to be done!

jumper, might be Lamium 'White Nancy'.
Gorgeous roses, Victor!
The yellow iris in the pond are I. pseudacorus--their seed pods float. one reason that they are invasive.
For once I thought that I was getting caught up for the day fairly quickly! Then I saw the new thread. Boy was I wrong! lol
Thanks all!
Bill, your oriental poppy is a fantastic color! what kind is it? Beni Hime is looking good!
Candyce... those columbines are great... no matter what they are! I'm not usually a fan of pink either, but it looks good there.
Jo Ann... those purple columbines are lovely, so is the picture of them!
Victor... great pics, especially the "lost the tag" one. Great lighting on that.
Flowerjen... you must get some late blooming rhodies then! Several of the latest ones are fragrant too! unfortunately there's not much of a color choice when you get into the June blooming rhodies, but hey... it's flowers!
Jumper.... very nice! Nice yard too!
Willie... OMG, you have soooo much going on at your place. It's wonderful. How much property do you have?
jumper, I think that Lamium 'white nancy' is the name of your tagless plant. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/2886/
