Tink, I understand your being upset. Mine did that to me in February. The cash in date for the company stock we have was changed and they failed to notify me so when I called to confirm my annual sale they told me it didn't happen!! Duh!! Thank you very much!! A new person assigned to handle the CH accounts for us and he didn't realize he should have called--so he said. Lame excuse if you ask me. Hang tough!!

I have been out working with the lawn people and oh my I have a huge cleaned (well as much as I want it cleaned) backyard!!!!!! My does it ever feel good. Not only cleaned but hauled away, gone, disposed of, out of here. I worked on getting my planters done while they did the trimming, mowing and cleaning. Have the sprinklers going now for a while on my Encore azalea--which had better start doing something or they are goners!!!

Well, need to start something for dinner as Kim wants to eat earlier today. Life is getting hectic with school winding down and trying to pack up everything in her classroom preparing for the move to the new school.

Stacey, So far, I love what I have read. I just don't have the time to sit and read it all at once with Dad here. If I am lucky, I get an hour or two to myself the whole day! And that is usually after he goes to bed... So give me a few days, and I will finish it, It is too hard to not finish, now that I have read the beginning.

sorry. after two days in courtroom that has a really loud A/C system, I'm still talking loud.

?? - is it OK to mix the ounce of liquid Colloidal Minerals into my B&J wine coolers? I need both.

Today was my day on the witness stand. the defense didn't ask me a single question. not one. they took a pass. even so, I got so nervous I forgot at least half of what I was going to say.

Do you go back tomorrow? How much longer?
Take the minerals in the morning with your juice, then have a wine cooler at night!

Well,i took my baby to the dr. today.Come to fine out he has Strep throat.They gave him a shot and put him on meds.He will have to go back tomorrow for another shot.I will get checked too my throat is hurting me to.It just starting bothering me.My Dr. was not in to get it check out.So i will tomorrow.

Thanks LK,i think i caught it in time.He don't seem to bother him.He still eats and drinks.He can still infect poeple i know of until Friday.So when we get back from the Dr.tomorrow he will not leave out of the house.

Maid M., Kel is out there in the dark, trying out the new pushmower. I had asked for a simple pushmower for myself, as I hate using the riding mower. At Lowe's this morning, I chose one of those manual rotary-cutter-lawnmower, and asked Kel what he thought of it.. demurely.. *wink*.. also wondering out loud if my heart can take the strain. He right away got a Troy Bilt self propelled with an electric starter, saying it will be perfect for me. Now how do I know that he'll be the first to use it and trying to finish up the front yard!!

Poor Alex.. at least you caught it early. He was feeling so poor, that he wouldn't even say hi to me :(

LK, I planted some hucheras, coral bells and more brugs. Tomorrow, I have to lay out some echinaceas and daylilies.
Kel loves coleus, but I won't be getting them this year. Last year, I planted some in an old wheel barrow. If you want it less lanky, pinch off the blooms. I know your Angel Garden will look beautiful with all those coleus underfoot.

Hiya Sistas

Just wanted to let everyone know we made it safely to Ohio in one piece. We packe dthe truck until 1030 sunday night and left out around 11 pm.. Was soo tired but we drove straight through an dmade it home in just under 14 hours.. Stayed up until midnight last night and have never slept soo great! Got up bright and early this morning and went morel mushroom hunting but alas we didnt find any this time. Was nice to get back out in the woods even though we were all so tried....

Anywho after that we looked at a few rentals that were scary.. lol and found a few Im waiting to hear back from so we can look at the inside. Tomorrow we unloa dthe truck into the garage here at the inlaws house -- below the mini apartment we are staying in.

The kids are thrilled and having a great time just a day in.. They said they were so happy to be here.. They both are headed to my best friends to stay for a few nights and give us tim eto do our running..

Will try to pop in between running .. I Promise.. Need to get to bed..

nope. both sides rested. I can't sleep yet. I'm seriously worried about this case. my Texas friend, injuries from a car accident she was a passenger in. she cannot put enough words together, she can't remember things well, she gets so mixed up so easily. her right shoulder and elbow are damaged and painful for the rest of her life. She found out the hard way that if you mark that blank on the doctor's forms yes to "is this the result of an accident" then her medical insurance would not cover the costs, so she couldn't afford timely treatment. then that b$$#@#$@# stood up in court and reamed her out on the stand because she didn't bother to get treatment. Allstate Insurance must have got tired of her calls, because one lady finally told her by phone "it will be a cold day in hell before we pay for this".

I'm so vexed. I'm very worried the jury won't understand why she can't explain her actions. please please put her, and the jury, in your prayers for tomorrow, that's when the jury gets the case. Pray "let God's will be done." she's had to fight like crazy to get disability, about half of which was caused by this accident. they can't prove in court her head bump was what set off her epilepsy, so they are not even trying, only asking payment for lost work days and medical bills, and a bit of "pain and suffering". I couldn't believe they are asking for so little. now I'm worried the jury won't give even that. that poor young driver! Allstate dragged him into court, because she can't sue them for not paying her claim, she can only sue him for damages. He said the day it happened "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, now he's got to sit there in court because their beancounters have figured it out they don't have to pay out a dime unless sued - and it's her insurance, too. Believe me, it isn't her insurance anymore. I talked them into Nationwide. I've never had a problem with a claim. great service.

MORNING-I am rewriting the part of this short long story (about 60 pages when all said and done) that I had an accident and deleted last night when I was almost done-URG-the guy that is paying me for it wants it by like 9am...

Bonnie, I have been praying for your friends but this morning, after reading your last post, said another special prayer for them, husband and wife. I presume this is the same friend that you took care of in Texas. I can tell you this, I dropped Allstate when I was in Louisiana because of the way they treated my best friend. She was rear ended during a trip to Florida and they wouldn't pay her huge medical bill, cause she used a chiropractor! Practically told not using a doctor is not kosher to the insurance world! I think they just found an excuse not to pay.

If you're in show business, I guess we can say.. break a leg Stacey.
So, I'll just wish you the very best! Imagine that, our Stacey a literary genius. Move over Dotoyevsky!
