I never trust the architects drawing
are you an engineer by any chance since my DH says the same thing and he is a civil engineer hahahah and he does make some valid points about the drawings not being realistic when it comes to what is possible when building safe and lasting buildings
The rendering eliminated the huge 200 year old trees that dwarf the conservatory. plus the angle makes the addition look bigger thab it is.
My niece mentioned going to a lilac festival---I assume it was there? I just bought a Fiala lilac---can't wait til it blooms.
No Lilac Fest yet in a few weeks ,usually in late May.Its a really big deal, people from all over the world come to see the Lilac's
I'm sure thats where the conservatory tulip budget is going. They have a big display of violets and primroses and merigolds at the entrance to the park.
Shelley,
It's not Erlicheer. That one is multi branched. The one I have just produces a huge fully double flower. I've looked at Erlicheer before. It looks like a good one too. I like that it's pronounced like "early cheer". Isn't that what Daffodils are all about?
This was the beautiful sky with the Black Walnut tree yesterday...
great shot Dyane. I luv the bark on those trees.
YA poppies! I read that the black walnut's toxicity doesn't affect all plants. I like woodys and bark is a big factor when I choose. Unfortunately I don't have any more room for something its size sigh.
The poppies I direct sowed are up.Verrrrry tinnnney but I see um
I'm not even going to bother to look. Actually I think I'll go throw some more seed in the snow LOL
Victory what are all the red things on the yabadabadoo JM? Is that part of its foliage too?
Nice pics Victor but that Kerria japonica is lovely!
lol, well what ever the case... it's seems to be helping!
Victor, (I've probably asked this a few times already) is there anything that you don't grow? LOL!
Our sweet fern isn't even starting leaves. New orange/pink cupped daffodils are in bloom. I like the yellows, but they are a nice change.
Hee hee - only stuff I have not grown YET, Sue!
