today, I swear He said, "Woman! Pay attention to your daughter playing soccer!"

was sitting there with my head in iris catalogues. two hard kicked balls missed. third, hard line drive from 10 feet away that hooked right, got me right in the temple, snapped my head around, wrenched my neck, made a mess of my glasses. good thing it wasn't my new ones! sitting here with percacet & neck brace and doc's orders to go see my doc this week. y'all happy now? I HAVE to go to the doc!!!!!!

well, would rather have this mild concussion than broken fingers. one of other dads said if I'd have gotten a hand up there to block it, I would have broken fingers. I need these fingers for gardening! and the neck brace feels great on my chronically sore neck -= I might just use this thing a lot!

LK, it's been quite a 'fun' day today after church.
Been moving daylilies and planting more daylilies that I had got from a DGer here. Grilled outdoors.. and kinda enjoyed the beautiful day.

Been a loooooooong day. Up at 4am, left house at 5, got to Vacaville, visited my brother, left at 1:30, stopped at 99 cent store. This store has fresh veggies of all kinds for 99 cents. Aspargas,cuke,zukes, starwberries oh so yummy sweet. I told my mom we are going to start stopping there every month on our way home. Stopped at $ store then home and I'm very tired can hardly keep my eyes open.

Crissy, when Dale Sr. was killed it was Michael Waltrip who won and Jr was second. And yes it was awful. I was working at K-mart thne. I had seen the first big wreck before I left for work. I had overheard a guy make a remark about the race, and I said "Oh did, Earnhardt win" when he told me what happened, I just about passed out. I had to grab a clothes rack to hold on. So when I got home that night I went online and read about the race. My SIL cried for a week.

Deborah, glad you liked the photo album. Whenever I can't think of any to buy I always make a photo album. I think I've made at least 50 baby and wedding albums as gifts.

Hello everyone.. been up since 4 a.m. painunreal. rightarm feels like it wason the "rack" and pulled a mile.lol.. i 'm going to take some over counter sleeping pills though never work... and i had to give in finally take excedrin.. made it aslong as could was short of 7 days. but hopefully will not take any more.

Been out shopping for Sages Birthday...mom, dad, uncles and grandparents all got together and bought her and ipod. Also got her a set of her own polymer clay and a Fairy garden kit.
They are on the way up to Port Angeles to visit Laura's mother in law....that is what Sage asked for instead of a party...to go visit Grandma Jackie.......so we gave her the ipod and clay to keep her occupied in the car during the trip.....her actual birthday isn't until Wednesday.
She was reallllly happy with the ipod!!

Jaye, so envious of the lilies.....I will be so glad when Antonio gets the yard in shape tomorrow...I can start thinking about getting things planted!!! It was 74 today, had a beautiful bike ride and took the dog for along walk tonight.......the next two days are suppose to be in the 70's then back to rain again!! So I have two days to get some things done outside!!! If I am not here at least you will know where I am!!

Trisha,you know when we talked about geese on the phone yesterday,well he is getting some.It's not the ones that chase kids around.He is going to let them walk the land when they get old enought to.I will have my gun ready if they try to do something to my baby.Then i will have roast goose.

Goose and duck are staple foods in Taiwan....and if I could afford them we would have a Christmas Goose instead of Turkey. Sorry kiddo, but they really are good.

I worked in a Chinese restaurant for a while and if you wanted Peking Duck you had to give a 24 hour notice and have a large wallet.

This man that Rob is getting them from.He sells them for 5.00,so he is going to get 5 males and 5 females for 50.00 Friday.
