The scented geranium, that I don't know the name of, next to the skanbergii:

You should be having a lot of hummingbirds in that garden!

Fallbrook, CA(Zone 10b)

I have a huge amount of plants for the hummers to choose from and I think we only have a couple of hummers...odd...perhaps they're very good at guarding their territory and keeping trespassers out....lol...

Stanford, CA(Zone 9b)

That's exactly right. Our Anna's hummingbirds are the only territorial hummingbirds as they don't migrate. They can chase the bluejays away and that's pretty brave for such a little bird. It's fun to see the hummer go dive bombing.

I suppose those Salvias just jumped in the car with you, eh Sherry? They look beautiful and now they have a better home.

Finally got some time to share! (I'm going to try to give the names of each one, but please my friends, correct any mistakes if you see them.

Very pretty, Louise! Is that little white flower some kind of wild leek? It looks like the same thing we got alongside our pond last year and I'm looking forward to them coming back. I posted it on the ID forum and they kinda sorta decided on a leek, I think.

You sure got busy in the garden with your camera Louise. I only have a few iris blooming and no Louisianas at all although that Pacific Coast Iris are blooming. And all of those happy baby koi.

Louise;
I have some Parrot's Beak growing in my beds. DS gave it to me last summer and it is taking over. It's beautiful foliage, similar in structure to Rosemary, but the foliage is not plump. It's also a lighter green. This is a groundcover that you usually find in hanging baskets. It is literally climbing an elm tree in my yard. Has the most incredible blossoms. This started as one little 4 inch pot planted last summer. And now look at it.

Kathleen, Mike knows what it is, he told me last year and I'll be darned if I can remember.
DP, I have Rosemary planted there and no Parrot's Beak that I know of. I'll check it out tomorrow but pretty sure it's Rosemary. I used to have Parrot's Beak growing in a pot, loved it but lost it.
Doss, my iris garden is almost in full bloom, very spectacular.

Weege, your white lily looks like a crinum, but the leaves are different from mine.....what is it, Mike?
