LOL, my mom does the same thing. One time when she was here we were watching, The Notebook. Her and I both had tears running down our cheeks and sniffling. I looked at Rick and he has a big grin on his face and just shaking his head. My late husband would cry during sad movies. That shocked the heck out of me. To see a 6'4" 240 pound mountain man cry during a movie, LOL

Cindy, my hubby cries too. I think they are all just great big teddy bears deep down inside!

My Rick will cry watching TV ,That show ,Extreme Home Makeover will get him and I both everytime.

Well I need to go take a darvocet,and get the dishwasher loaded and run the sweeper,before this house is declared a disaster area and think about something for dinner.Rick will be here in an hour and 20 minutes.

LOL I don't think they will appreciate us telling these things about them.

Oh I'm done with my chores did them all as soon as I got back from Curves. Now I have the rest of the day until Rick gets home at about 4. His first day at a new job yesterday and it POURED rain on them so he was home at 12:30.

Rick is so easy going ,he'd doesn't care ,I tell secrets about him all the time and after 12 years of marriage he knows to expect anything to come out of my mouth.

Your to do anything to him.......night before last he fell a sleep watching TV with me and his mouth made this cute little "O" and I couldn't stand it.So I stuck my little finger in his mouth,and he just lifted his head,looked at me and smiled.

I've told him since I don't sleep well I married him to entertain me during the night.

The chores in the house, will just have to wait, when I'm enjoying the outdoors so much!

Mine likes watching chick flicks, cries when they're sad, and can't watch scary ones because of nightmares.

LOL, I've been watching Nora Robert's movies that are on Saturdays ( theres 4 of them High Noon can't remember all the names) and because they are mystery love stories Rick has been watching them with me.

Jaye I will be outside all day tomarrow planting 80 glads and some hollyhocks. It has been raining the last 2 days and tonight is surpose to be the end and in the 70's tomarrow.

We were married on Mar.28th of 1997, but it was Good Friday and today is Good Friday.And the Easter Bunny is coming.......

I'm workin on the pieces needed for making the lace baskets for the tables for Shelly's wedding.
I figure if I get all the pieces made then it wont take long to zigzag them together and have them done and ready before Sept. then decide what the heck flowers to put in small pots to go inside them
have to do them while Bret is gone since he is stayin in the back room where the machine is LOL

I made a card box and a towel wedding cake among other stuff when my little brother got married.

oh Jaye the step son( Rusty) is still here yes but stays over at the girlfriends house too and yes in my book long time ago should have been out but has still yet to finish the DUI stuff in Illinois before he can get a Texas lis. *sigh*

Bret is the son in law to be ...he is a field engineer for the same company Shelly works for and is trying to find a job in the Houston area or something in the same line but out of the field so he c an get away form the tools that use radiation as they want to be away from that stuff and get it "out of their systems" before starting a family
anyway Bret is staying here as the apartment lease ran out the end of January and it is silly to go rent another place or a hotel room for who knows how long before September when we have the extra room here and he is not a problem at all since he goes out on jobs for a day or two at a time.

Jaye, when I plant glads. I dig a trench and fill in as they get taller then I don't have to stake them so much ^_^

Oh and who if anyone here has a pond? I asked a question on the pond forum and no answer yet ...I have algae growing to beat the band in mine and I have a UV filter on it ...what do I do to get rid of this massive fine green hair type stuff that is growin in there ........the water is clear as a bell though

Do you have fish in it? Fish like to feed off of that. I use Pond Care AlgaeFix. It will take care of that.

I have 2 small koi in it but this stuff is taking over anything that is not water...I've used some algaecide in it the other day but geez it seems like it keeps growing

Snails....Get snails,they'll suck the sides ,and since you are in a warm zone check into an algea eater fish.

It's like hair isnt it? Try that stuff works for me. But right now my pond is yukkie my filter went kaput. So I'm going to HD to get another one, come payday.

Most snails and algea eating fish won't live in an outside pond. I've had tons and they've all died . I paid $5 for some BIG ones and they died within a week.

And do you have any waterlilies?Because the algea comes from the sun and with waterlilies they shade the top.

We used this stuff called pond clear that was sake for fish and plants.But you have to clean your filter a lot after you do that.

Yep that is why you need those uv filters. Water won't keep the water from tuning green if your pond is in the sun. All fish need to have at least 1/3 of their pond covered with something. I have Parrot Feather in my pond. It's fast growing and so soft. I have water lilies to but they are in my pond up at my mom's. I will be bringing that down next weekend when I go up to stay with her.

I've used Pond Clear and it doesn't work nearly as good as what I'm using now.

I was in the waterlily Co-op and went crazy......LOL.They are to be shipped in the next few days.

i have one water lily I got at lowes this year and it is growing I have purple umm dang forgot the name of them now ..brain died LOL
cleaned the filters yesterday put some of the algaecide in yesterday too and have EE in there and iris but of curse it is all starting to grow and leaves come out but anything under the water has the stuff on it
its like growing fater then I can keep things cleaned LOL

How big is your pond? Yea those water lilies are BEAUTIFUL. I'm going to wait until I get all of my ponds and fish down here then I will go get some lilies.

Oh man, if they ever catch those kids. That is just awful. A few years ago there was a guy in my hometown going around setting fires on private properties. They caught him but not soon enough. Several pepole I know lost their homes. He won't set a fire ever again cuz they put him away for life.
