Got to squeeze this in before I 'fergit'!
Kel wanted sausage gravy, the restaurant didn't have it. So like a petulant child, he started to complain when his plate was served.
I spread some butter on his hot grits, cut up the sausage patty, and poured some cups of half and half.. you know the coffee liquid creamer.. and voila.. he got his sausage gravy!!
Needless to say, he was satisfied. Should have paid me to cook that for him at home!! LOL!!

Where is everyone?

Good Morning everyonw I can't sleep could it be only 1 more day till I own the house. Last night did a final walk through and but bug bombs in the all the places than the guy told me to take the door opener and I could come in and start to clean. as I was looking in the drawers there is still saw dust from when they built the house 10 years. The kitchen is bad and the stove need lot of TLC and a scrub brush.
I was checken out in the yard and I will spell this wrong but I think that I have peony brushes coming up I see little redish bud I sure hope so I love them.
Boy Robin you are up early I made a phone call just now I fell asleep about 9 so I did have 6 hours. Well I will write later have a great day

It probably is peonies, mikne are up. Had to cover them because of the freezes the past two nights. Luckily it wasn't as bad as they said it was going to be, yeah!. Didn't thave enough sheets or anything to cover all the babies up so I held my breath so to speak. Everything is ok.

Kim I hope you don't have to do to much work on the cleaning part. I know when we bought here it took two of us 3 days to clean. It wasn't real bad I'm just picky.

I'm always up early like that and bed time is usually 11 or so. Toss and turn all night too. Been lik,e that since I can't remember when. Oh well. Life goes on.

Well I should have counted my plants in the house I have them Wicked and on a grid and I have to take them off the gridand put in the plant tray so I will be able to move them and they don't tip over. I will start to bring them over after the kitchen is cleaned I am starting in the Bathrooms than the stove and see what happens I now that the lawyer will be calling for me to start the running but I am only 7 mile away from wear I live now
Here is a picture of the trays and grids. Just counted in the house 248 than I did dig up about 35 outside bulbs and I have a bunch that I put in pots to go over

Robin, I wish I can grow peonies here. They don't do well this part of NC. Even those that say my zone, still die on us.. MIL and me.

Since I've been on the Minerals regime, I slept like a baby. Now that's very unusual for me, not 4 straight nights like that. I'm loving it, my body says thank you BJ!

Lisa,
Your plants want some good sunlight preferably outdoors. They are very leggie looking which means they are serching for more light. I think once you get them in the ground and they get the sunlight they need they will start looking better. Befor you put them in the ground put a handful of oatmeal in the hole, then set the plant on top.

Heading out to Curves, is raining right now and has been all night long, yippee we need it. BBL ^_^

Lisa, mine do the same thing until I get them in the ground. When they are like that (leggy) I put them a little deeper so roots will form more on the stem and make them sturdier. They will love you for it.

You're welcome, Jaye... but you know I've been preaching "minerals" forever... you just decided to listen recently. So glad your body is getting some good rest... that should help your health too... cause a body that can't rest, is a body that is susceptible to a lot of illnesses... maybe you'll stay well longer now.

RANTING = Being Vocal about what your Angry about. And I learned last night that ANGER is the biggest Deadly Sin (according to a monk, some 1700 years ago). So, if I use the anger in a positive manner, is it still a sin? At least noone is getting hurt or dead from my anger... does that count?

Caught myself ranting again this morning, out loud... ranted at the TV while watching the news. Surely, I'm not alone... anyone else yell at the tv during the news?

Suppose to be a beautiful day today here. I'm getting my bedroom in order, then will finish the kitchen... then, maybe I'll have time to finish some things outside... Still have that ONE bed to get right after the walk messed it up.

we're still baseballing around here after a 14 day delay. The rain has finally stopped, a cold snap followed but today looks like a beautiful spring day that I've longed to see.

A vendor had miniatures at the festival and a new type (so she said) called trailing. They are so pretty. Soon as they have some more blooms I will try to get a picture. Waiting on my mini pots to be shipped from the Marketplace.

Deborah, what team are you following in baseball? Did I miss that somewhere? My DIL's sister is engaged to one of the catchers for the Florida Marlins so we all are watching baseball now. Making some candles today, Spiced Pear, Berry Cobbler and Pumpkin Spice. This lady buys anywhere from 3 to 5 a month from me. I wanted to be able to make some baskets up for Mother's Day but too many other "BIG" bills bite my pocket book :( Oh well there is always next year. Nasty out today overcast and breezy so I'm staying in working on geeky birds and a gift for Deborah. now if she'd just post some more pictures of that baby then it will be done and I can send it to her..........Madam Butterfly do you read me??? Oh Jaye, thank you dear lady, it is a bright beeeeauuutiful day but still nippy. Hummm, maybe it is the last of the cool days--at least this cool.
