Drizzling and 40---rather nasty thunder last evening---had two slobbering dogs trying to get in my lap. I have a zillion things to do outside, am hoping for some sun later today!

OMG!!! as my kids would say!...Saturday was such a tease!!!! My husband and I were outside working in the yard from 9am to 6pm...it was so sunny and warm we just couldn't get enough of it! The yard and garden doesn't have a leaf or stick left in it! We almost started in on the neighbor's lawn!

ya I know the feeling spent most of the day saturday doing the same thing with my youngest daughter rosa she almost fell asleep on the driveway she was so tired after being out for about 7 hours

Got some weeding done Sat. with help fron IrisMa. Rained yesterday. Colder today.(low 40's)

Crazy windy today. Sun in and out but can't get much done with that wind.

Whoever said March goes out like a lamb??? Where in the world did this wind come from???

I went out to do something and came right back in. The wind chill got to me. Looking forward to tomorrow.

I just want my nice weather back from last week saturday was the last time I saw the sun it has been so dark since then all I want to do is sleep lol and I have so many seedling to transplant and cant seem to find the energie to do it, but should get my butt in gear lol since when the sun does come out I will want to be outside

Looks like a great day. When it warms up a bit more, I'll be out!

It was cool, a tad windy, but I had SUN. I was thrilled. Raked and pruned. DH finished the biggest bed or rosa rugosa, so our major pruning is done. I need to start digging the new Japanese maple bed asap, but I have to do the final cleaning of the beds on the west side of the house around the endless stream. My DH said we have the first big yellow daffs from our oldest clump of narcissus out this afternoon. I am too tired to go outside and see it. Last year that clump didn't bloom until April 12th. Maybe he is looking at a different clump. Patti

I still have snow, not much raking going on yet. lol I did see daffs & tulip foliage next to the house!!!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEE

Yay! Great day here. Reached around 60. Planted most of the JM's and a few ferns.

Which floor did you plant them on? Lucky you, we got only to 46 today, but sunny. Poor pixie, and snow. Patti

I got real lucky this time mine came in rain and west and east of me all got lots of snow which is strange since I am on the snow belt and usually always get hit real hard

Hit 60 today, outside cleaning the beds, kids playing with dog, all are currently sleeping yay

same here the girls go to bed at eight thirty and now I have quiet its amazing

Wish I could get my kids to bed that early.

its all on the schedule lol home at four thirty dinner at six showers at seven thirty and bed at eight thirty but its been that way from the start so they dont argue or anything on the weekend its ten on friday and saturday

My daughter is usually up real late, my son goes to bed at 8:30 because if he didn't he wouldn't be able to get up in time for school.

Years ago (I'm talking 1950's, here), Mom would send me & my sister to bed at 7:30PM.
There was TV show called "Terrytoon Circus" that came on at 7PM. At the end of the show, the host, Claude Kirschner, would say, "It's time for most of you to go to bed."
My sister & I were convinced that Mom was taking orders from him.
We would rush to the TV to turn down the sound before he said the dreaded words.
Funny thing. Mom always knew it was 7:30!
We couldn't figure out how she could POSSIBLY know without hearing the host say it!
LOL!

41 now going up to 51.. more rain this afternoon

Gray and 38. No hope for any warmth and not feeling like workout side in the damp and cold. I should probably call in a paving company and end the misery and blacktop it all.

Weather said Sun this morning - it aint gonna happen. Rain late this afternoon.

same here the sun came up so beautifull at 6 45 am and then the gray took over and now its dark again and yucky gross I hate this weather at least this winter it was cold yes but the sun was always shining now i havent felt the heat of the sun since saturday and it seem like forever
