My son used to work at Lowes and he got a 10% discount and occasionaly extra discounts. I got a lot of my garden basics there.

I haven't purchased anything, but a sweet 'little' gardening angel just sent me a box with a ton of flower and vegetable seeds! I can't WAIT!!!

Sherrie---taking photos to the interview is a good idea---my stepson took hunting & fishing photos to his interview at Cabela's, & I'm sure that's how he got the job. After saying "no more plants" I did find a box of glads I liked---always room for glads.

I am not looking forward to being interviewed. I am not looking forward to putting clothes on that I have not seen in over 5 years. I am not looking forward to going and buying a new pair of sneakers - I like the ones I have, that are supposed to be white - they are comfy. Put make-up on Good Grief - I will never look like Paris and dont want to! 24 hours or so - Stay Tuned.

patti did you see victor is talking about special packaging - i think all those boxes that lj had to cut to fit the larger ones in - he/she is now using the left overs for the 6" tree victor has coming :)

So good to hear plants are arriving in Mass. April brings plants up north, its almost here.
one of the roadside nurseries by me is filling there space with trees and conifers this week - sure sign of spring!!

Wha, They are there and I am still here in Vt. Drat! I will see them tomorrow. But I saw the pictures of your's which look great, or course, I hear Victor's are too small to really see.
DH is loading the truck with a load of fire wood now, I am feeling crappy, so not helping. I think I got something on the flight back from Oklahoma, which was not OK. We are going to pick up stuff to amend the new bed and head south in the morning. I will rally to get them planted no matter how I feel. Patti

Too funny! Yes, I also noticed Agway was putting out trees & shrubs the other day--my DH was very surprised I didn't run over to look, but I'm being good.
Everything is so spring-like,its hard to believe there is frost just below the surface where the deck shadows are.
there is one conifer a chamaecyparis green/yellow that looks like fernspray gold that was in the klums catalog that i have driven past up to this point - i will stop to look as i'm sure it is +$100 so it will not be coming home with me.
