How does ANYONE get them right? Why can't they give them normal names? Might sell more if you could say em!! lol
Because they're Japanese!! Actually, some do have English names - if they are hybridized here. My kids crack up when I start naming them - with a fake Japanese accent to boot.
My brother speaks Japanese.... I'll just have him order it for me. lol

Actually, I am getting to know what some of these terms mean. 'Beni' is red. 'Yatsubusa' means dwarf. 'O' is a term of honor.
I thought 'O' was enlightenment and 'Oooooooo' was covetness. But then I guess Obi Wan Kanobi fits the honour concept. Do you have Obi Wan Kanobi?

I went to the christmas tree shop last night... they had cedar barrel planters ... $16.00 for the large ones we picked up 2 large, 1 med and 2 small ... I saw that seed starting mix they have like the lawn patch stuff... with fluffy stuff inside that looks kind of like insulation and seeds mixed in.. they had petunias, marigolds and a few others... didn't buy one but looks pretty neat... I picked up a wire basket that I am going to put some of the trailing coleus in
