Robindog, I just hope I get them! Still iffy whether I will get them. I haven't gotten a confirmation yet or paid. If not I will have to try to find a few source. Patti
What have you ordered for spring 2009 part 4
Bummer---hard waiting ----I've never done a coop, maybe when I get braver!
completed my order with Rarefind today
acer shigitatsu sawa
zenobia woodlanders
forgethilla "bill's true dwarf" - couldn't resist the name
hydrangea painters palette
hydrangea glowing embers
hydrangea little honey
Most ring a bell!
the zenobia should :)
painters palette is a new one - the catalog you can download has a pic - website will be updated in a couple weeks.
Also Shigitatsu, Glowing Embers and Little Honey (just ordered)!
good to know the mirror image is still going strong - let's see what did you have for breakfast?
You mean what did we have!
ooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
yes - it was a test - english muffin and banana here - would have had vanilla yogurt too but someone forgot to pick it up this weekend and will not share her flavour
wha your spelling is improving! "flavour" not 'flavor". The Queen will be so impressed!
sigh
steelcut oats, rolled oats(not instant) and Textured vedg. protine w/cinnamon
i need to try those oats.... keep hearing great things about them
Close, Bill. Oatmeal and an English muffin. Vanilla yogurt will be with lunch.
dnut it will only be four (that one doesn't work) one day! four you and mona
soup here - healthy choice chicken and rice - healthy choice = not much - i will be starving by dinner!
That would not fill me up either. Leftovers for me. I eat like someone who is about 220 pounds.
well under full disclosure there is an orange, apple, and a couple small pieces of chicken breast as well. if i ate like someone 220 i'd lose weight :)
I'm still hungry and still on a diet.1400 cals per-day.
YES I hate it.
i hate diets although i watch breakfast and lunch - dinner and premium ale will not be sacrificed - the answer is more exercise - currently in 3-a-days - push-up's and a quick set of weights in the morning - run at lunch - elliptical at night with a 20 minute set of ab exercises. then grab a beer and watch tv :)
the scottish ale over the holiday's is still not off.
ha ha ha.
I'm having issues with the loss of chocolate, and Easter fills the stores with the stuf.
Luckily I have never had to worry about weight or eating too much, though I do try to eat healthy most of the time. Combination of good genes (from Dad) and really liking to work out. 3-4 times a week, about 1:40 minutes. Aerobic stuff (mostly elliptical these days because of my knee), followed by a bit of stretching, then strength stuff.
Today western omelet on a multigrain bagel.
Your hiking is a help too Victor.
I walk in the street when weather permits ,about 30 mins three times a week. Cant match you youngsters.
off i go to lug my myself around fresh pond
I was just thinking along the same line, JoAnn. When do your Wed. hikes start again, Victor? Or maybe you've been hiking through the winter?
Yes, that helps too. My kids are still too young to 'challenge' me. My 10 year old has the illusion he can beat me in a race. Ha! Not yet. My nephew, now 21, could never beat me in a sprint - at any age. (Maybe now with my bum knee!)
No hiking in winter - hate the cold. The group hikes should start end of March or early April. I will probably go myself in March.
Enjoy, Bill. I was on the treadmill this morning for a bit.
Remember everyone!!!!!!
After fifty it's patch and repair. lol
Better enjoy the next four years!
No kidding.
My first reality bite was after suffering with bursitice and arthritice in my hips I had surgery to replace the right one.
I figured I would return to full strength.
NOT
I am thankfull for the relief from the pain but I have a hard time balanceing, walk with a cane when I am in strange territory and cant bend from the waist, It comes with a price.
That's a bummer, Jo Ann. I know some who had the surgery who call it a miracle.
that is a bummer
Breakfast, 2 slices of rye toast with margerine & peanut butter & mug of skim milk gave me energy to order from Song Sparrow--mini-hosta 'Blue Ice' Sedum 'Xenox' & dwarf peony 'Squirt'. First real order this spring, studying moss phlox for a low ground cover in front of last fall's purchase of the winged lion. Haven't even checked the iris seed boxes. It is too early.
i'll have to go back and check out the blue ice
Try over 70 with arthitis.
50 is a mind set - can't give in - fight, fight, fight
it is taking a full day for me to get over Sunday morning volleyball - even walking down stairs hurts on Mondays - and went around the pond here a full 60 seconds faster than yesterday.
