Trisha, that rock climbing looks fun.Hope she had a blast.

(Trisha) Olympia, WA(Zone 8a)

She loves to climb so I am sure she is having a great time....gotta run....talk to you later!!!

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Prayers sent, Trisha. I won't be able to cling on to those tiny perches!!
Rock climbing will be a good tool to boost Sage's confidence.

Wayyy to go, Stacey!!! Got that elephant off your back, and now we'll focus on better things ahead of you.

Thanks again Lisa. Haven't got a mag yet, but I did purchase a craft book that shows some scrapbooking projects. Debra was saying her DH is proficient in calligraphy. Hmm.. this will also kinda revive my calligraphic skill.. or lacking..

Cody, orange and white are my favorite brug colors. I like your determination to see things grow and you take care of them. Unfortunately last year, I had 'cooked' some seedlings.

We're supposed to be getting a sprinkling of snow tomorrow..

(Marion) Havana, FL(Zone 8b)

Way to go Staceyl!! You know I am pleased when I call you by your name instead of Tink.
Kick you heels up and just enough getting the pay until next Wednesday. You have earned that and more.

Nice picture of Sage, Trisha. Looks like it would be fun but I don't think I could hold onto the handles, such as they are, anymore.

Prayers for Laura!!!! Sounds like they just might be on to something this time. What fun to fix a place up especially when you have a partner to help you.

Well, I am exhausted so I am calling it in early. Be safe and warm all.

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

Whoooppie !!!! Doing the happy dance for Fairy Feet !!!!
Hope you didn't let the door slam you in the butt, dear one.... did you run, not walk, all the way to your car?
Oooo... I'd love to be a fly on the wall during that investigation... hope you have someone on the inside that'll keep you updated.

Trisha... that house sounds like a dream in my book... we kind of like the fixer uppers... will keep that one in my prayers... they'll get it if it's meant to be. And look at that girl go up that wall !!! Like Jaye said... she'll be so full of confidence after this, it'll be hard to keep her down...

Love the little seedlings popping up through the dirt... it's the best part of spring, I think... seeing all the new little shoots emerging is so exciting.
Tomorrow is gardening day here at my house... I'll be setting up all my flats in the "make shift" greenhouse on the sun porch. Don finally got the lights in it for me... now, I just need to go get the seed starter mix and get 'em going... SPRING, ready or not, here we come.
Of course... I do have some that I have been winter sowing... but we haven't had much of a winter for them... so, I don't know what will happen...

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

LOL Stacey, it would be scary to give that woman a degree. You go girl! I am so happy for you!

I thought the troll was Santa!

AngL, how did the meeting go with your S doctors? I hope everything is looking up. Hallelujah for your SD, now she can continue with her life.

Susan I hope you're getting better.

Waving to everyone I missed, I've had a very busy day and the bad week from last week is transferring over to this week. Everything seems to be going to pot and my co-worker who I'm supposed to be back-up for is starting to whine, I answer the phones and have 3 different projects from my boss. I was on a call for 30 minutes this afternoon and obviously couldn't work on what I was working on while I was helping her with what she was working on and the call took me til the end of the day. It rang again as I was explaining to my boss that I hadn't made a decision on this one bank statement because I was on the phone for 30 minutes, which he's fine with that, and it was for the other girl. I called her and told her that I had so-in-so needing such-in-such and I don't know how to do it. She tried to say that she was too busy to take the call, I said, "I'm busy too, I have 3 projects going at once, plus answering phone calls. I just spent 30 minutes helping the lady who you were supposed to call but had me do it instead." She took the call. She has a history of passing the buck then when I walk back to her office she's playing Mahjong. Today she wasn't doing that, but paying her personal taxes. Ticks me off and if she tries that crap tomorrow I'm going to create a hostile work environment LOL!

Oh yea, I made a dr appt for my intestinal issues tomorrow at 11:30, which means I'll go at lunch. I really hope this is nothing, but the mornings are definitely worse than the evenings. I'm sure they'll have to run some sort of test and draw blood, I hope they can determine from that, I hate preparing for CT scans.

Coushatta, LA

Thanks Jaye,i have lost some seeds to mold:-(but not all of them.I still have to put two more seedling in a pot.I will talk to y'll later.I will get back on tonight.Chow for now

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Somehow, bosses always hire those that could multitask and are much more intelligent than they are. Sadly, the pay doesn't compensate for the ulcers we get! Crissy, we'll be with you in spirit when you go in for your tests. Hope all turns out well for you.
I haven't even started BJ. Definitely more veges this year... fortunately those require curing of strawbales!

(Audrey) Dyersburg, TN(Zone 7a)

YAAAAAAAY!!!! Stace!!!!!! Hang in there Niece!! First thing to do is rest for one whole day! Relax. Then start crafting! Keep your mind off it, the world wont end 'cause you don't have a job! You'll get another one!
Lots of luck!

Kemp, TX(Zone 8a)

Crissy... I definitely know about digestive problems... and I think, after 2 years, we finally figured out what was causing mine... very painful. But, mine was worse in the evening, after I ate a meal.

Don's getting off early tonight, and is already on his way home. So, I'm going to get horizontal and watch some tv... so far, I haven't overslept any more, and I think I'm getting adjusted more toward the day shift again... good thing too, cause come spring, I'll be ready to get out early again.

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

Today is one full week of no ciggy for me! I'm gaining weight though :(

(Audrey) Dyersburg, TN(Zone 7a)

Yay, Deb!! That's why I'm so fat! When I started cutting back I started gaining! I weighed about 125 when I started quitting. Not gonna tell you how much I weigh now!!

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((DEBORAH)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

We love each and every pound of you!!!! Yayyyyyyyyyyy... you're on your way to a ciggie free life!

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Think Judy just got through 28 days ciggie free as of yesterday..
Congratulations Sistah!!!

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

Don't tell me that Audrey. LOL I just lost 50 lbs in 2005. Don't want to gain it all back. My have to join curves again. That's where I lost it to begin with.

Stacey their investigation will be to look for supervisory inconsistancies. According to most reports I've studied, your boss can be a bad/mean/hateful/spiteful/etc boss to all employees and have no legal problems exist in the workplace because of her poor management skills. But when a bad boss is inconsistance in his/her detailings with associates, then top management should start looking for legal problems involving infractions of employee rights.

Wow, Listen to all the happy people we have here. Stacey, way to go, but I don't want to hear about your nakedness with hubby tonight. That is what you said you were going to do, is get naked!
I can tell that you are so relieved. Keep us posted as to what comes from the investigation please.
Night everyone.

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

I truely didn't believe I could do it. I've smoked 2 to 3 packs a day for 35 years.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

COngrats on the no smoking. Once you get passed the first week, it will be downhill from there. Once you find something to fill your time, it will not be that bad, like Curves.

(Audrey) Dyersburg, TN(Zone 7a)

Deb, just keep in mind about gaining, and maybe it'll help you keep an even keel!

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

It's only been a week but I'm determined and y'all cheering over just a week excites me to fight the cravings hard. I'm quite proud of myself.
I'm also trying to turn my back to stressful situations. Let me tell you one that Larry made me take care of (for my own good). I noticed that I had taken the last of my Effexior but there should have been at least 60 more pills left to finish the month. I sometimes have problems with short term memory. Looking at the bottle it had only been recently filled. Larry made me confront the pharmist and question him on being short 60 pills. I really wanted Larry to go in and talk to him. With my condition I just get really antsy and don't want to push myself into a verbal argument. Anyway, I did it and the pharmist said "Doesn't look like that bottle could have held 90 pills to begin with." And he gave me my 60 pills. Sigh! what a relief.

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

Audrey, I'm gaining on bananas grapes apples strawberries, blueberries, turkey sandiwiches Talipia shrimp brown rice creal and milk and baked chicken. This is pretty much what I keep in the house. What kills me are the binges like when I went to the drug store to talk to the pharmist. Leaving CVS I bought a box of chocolate covered cherries, a bag for fiddle faddle, and sack of dove almond covered chocolates and had them ate sitting in the car trying to regain my nerves. That took the place of about 4 chain smoking ciggys. I'm pityful :( But not smokin' ^-^

Coushatta, LA

Good night Mama Jaye, bundle up and stay warm.I won't stay up late.

(Trisha) Olympia, WA(Zone 8a)

First off Deborah You are doing it!!!!! If I can do it (2-3 packs for 35 years here also) then anyone can do it......I finally learned to grab the bag of baby carrots and celery sticks instead of the candy......I've fallen off the wagon there recently now I got aobut 15-20 pounds I have to get rid of again......next time instead of buying the candy etc. give me a call....I have been there....and you can do it!!!! We are proud of you girl!!

Yeah Stacey, knew it would work out......yep time to craft and relax for a bit....now you are adults, don't you go getting naked in front of little Cedric!!!

Laura appreciates all your prayers......we are so hoping this works out!!!

Coushatta, LA

Me too but that will be aways to go.

Cordele, GA(Zone 8a)

Funny you mentioning the sugar free jello, Jay, Judy and I were just discussing that. I haven't had any in a long time but tomorrow I'm going to make some.

Marion, if Larry lets me go, sure we'll get chocolate all the way to Texas and back. Got to have at least one weekend to splurge.

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

You're still up, Deborah? Kel's snoring woke me up!

That will be a long drive to Texas, I can see that you both will be renting a uHaul just for the choccies!!
