Trisha-I can't thank you enough-I love EVERYTHING!!! When Cedirc and I go shopping at this craft store by me for his pressie, I am going to get one of the hangy things for the ornament so she can be in my kitchen with the other 3 all year round:)

And the wallet is soooo pretty-I got a little misty when I saw that and of course everything else-and the santa-that was the one I said was my fave!! I love everything and couldn't be happier-what a great way for me to start out the new year!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Today was my hire date anniversary. 3 years exactly. I started with the company when it was new. The parent company is in Finland. I will miss my job, and the people I work with, but I will probably be without a job come Spring and my garden will really need me. I suppose this means my new pond is out of the question now. :o(

I knew it was coming, I just KNEW it! Earlier this month they let one of our service guys go because of the "economy". Then they let one of our sales guys go. So only division left is admin and they hired a part time guy last Sept to take over part of my job. They don't have to pay him 3 weeks vacation, or health insurance so I knew it was going to be me. They all felt bad. But not as bad as me.....

Joyce, do you have to work? I was watching the news last night on all the business' that are closing doors. Lane Bryant was one of them, Sprint/Nextel can't remember the rest. It is really devastating. PTL I got my disability approved otherwise there is no way we could survive. Rick has a sickening feeling that if this company that he got on with doesn't call him back to work, that her won't be able to find anything. But the Home Depot that he worked at in my home town are hiring about 165 peeps and will open Feb 19th. I bet the line for apps was a long one..............

Yep all of them. There were a few big companies but I can't remember the names. I just wonder what is going to happen to NASCAR they are sponsored by Sprint/Nextel. Must do some researching

Yes, I have to work. DH is retired and we have that retirement income but I had insurance through my work and I don't have retirement. So yes, that is the way it is....bad times right now for sure.
