Temp is holding at 18 degrees. Two things helping it climb out of single digits; the sun is shining with partly cloudy skies and the wind is light and blowing in from the east. The ocean is warmer than the air so that helps pump up the temp. It won't last long though. When the wind comes around again it will bring in a cold chill with it.

well today is only minus 5c light snow its nice tomorrow is a drop to minus 29c man that is to cold ever for the birds hahahha will stay inside
It was a pleasant 35 today, but the trees & shrubs in my son's town still have not shed the ice--pretty to look at , but when is it going to melt? Highs here in the 20's tomorrow---with wind---yipee.
well just checked the weather and its going to be minus 39c tomorrow that is close to minus 40 f cold warning no longer than five minutes outside lol I will be in for the next three days till it breaks

hubby just put lots of wood in the garage so I will sit by the fireplace with my dog and try to keep warm
We have a temp of 35 here now. Getting down to 9 in the wee hours tomorrow morn. May have snow showers tonight. 80% chance of snow, about 1 inch of slushy accumulation, as rain is supposed to mix with it early on. Yuck!

well this is the coldest day yet this winter and man it is to cold even for the polar bears I knew they would head south lol

well try minus 38 c with five minutes to freeze exposed skin now even the birds are cold I made a feeder with shelter they are in there and not moving much
The lovely east wind that got us just above freezing yesterday has gone around to the westely direction. Already had our high of 19º and headed down. Temp at present is 15º and the wind is picking up as well at 10-15mph sustained with slightly higher gusts. Sun is shinning but it doesn't seem to help a whole lot with this frigid air mass that is moving into the area. Next couple of days is supposed to be the worst around here. Cover all exposed skin if you go out and don't stay out very long if you can avoid it. Same goes for pets. Bundle up kids, brrrrr.

well honey its not like I order this stuff it just happens but its only for three days and then we will be back to seasonal temps of about minus 8c that I can live with hoping for an early spring since snow started five weeks early this year
