The mixer was great and the cake is very chocolatey!!! So snowed in or not tomorrow doesnt matter we have cake!! :) Monday we need clear roads.

Hey Laura! I don't post much you girls are to fast for me. It's neat that someone is near where my Dad was raised. Hope that your shopping and crafts are going as wanted. I know you guys are experiencing some terrible weather. We have been too mild this week and Monday it will get cold again.

At least 10" right now and still snowing; at least we didn't get the winds as well.

We didn't get much snow last night, but we have 40 mile an hour winds so our wind chill is -15 right now-BRRRRRR-hasn't been this cold in a while!!

I had to dmail some of the stuff I did as it is for my 2009 swap. I also did these this week-you can't see the one reindeer very well-sorry

BTW Stacey, i found some wood patterns that I bought years ago. They are wild life critters, skunk squirrel, frog, grasshopper, chipmunk,cricket and your least fav rabbit. I could scan each one and send to you, you like?

Well talk about weather -6 wind chill -34 I am not even taking my garbage out I just but it out in the Garage I hope that my pop is not Frozen
Courtesy Laugh HA HA HA I am just resting I did go out till 10 last nite The band was good but I just wanted to come home.
I shoveled after I came home but the wind is bad here its not going to get warm until Xmas.
I may just be a bum today and lay on the couch have no idea might do some baking but I don't no we will see.I will be poping in just to see what is happening

Well my laptop if fully charged... I got so mad at me cutting the wire that lastnight I decided what did I have to lose so I taped it really tight together and so far so good... Still have a new one coming but I can use my puter til then....
I am having a flair up in my body and my son Mike is going to take me to the store to get a few things in to eat this week.... I will be back later....

Hey Susan, What are all those beautiful plants? AV's and what else?

Rick is in the kitchen making FUDGE, we are going to have so much fudge in this house come Christmas eve, my mom makes fudge too, but she puts too much stuff in it, marhmallows, raisin, walnuts, Ricks just has walnuts.

Yup Kim we do... I thought the same thing... All the plants you see are in the AV family but those are streps... It keeps me busy in the winter and I don't get so depressed this way.... It is so pretty to see them all in bloom... I do have av's but they are not my favorite my streps are...
Here is a shelf with nothing but streps and I have 2 BIG shelfs and on little one...

I did not cut them out sorry-I got them on sale-some last year and asome this year and have been playing with my painting and such. My saw is my Xmas present-under the tree as we spealk-hohum....There had BETTER also be the dremel, diamond bits, paint markers and detail sander I asked for under there too....oh-almost forgot-and saw horses!!LOL

BTW-for the seasoned SI ladies I made gifts for, I forgot to take pics of them and would really appreciate it if you could take pics and send them to me so I can add them to my photo scrapbook:)

Stacey love those items you are painting. They are so nice. Well, we went shopping for anew sofa, but came home with nothing. Just can't seem to find the right one. Most of them are so hard to sit on. I swear they forgot the padding!!! And size is big thing, because our living room is small, so guess we will keep looking!
Phyllis, you take care of that blister. Those things hurt like the dickens, so keep it covered when up and walking about. I think air would do it good, while you are watching tv, and sleeping!

Poor Tinky, you sound just like my children--but only when they were younger. Now they can be pleased with such things. That isn't exactly true, neither have an special request this year--I think they are beginning to grow up! In the 40's so they should.
