Well I played a bit with the clay .. LOL I made a mess and my white clay turned blue from my fingers.. Then I mixed a few to try to get that neat effect and now I have green, blue, yellow, white mix thats more green than anything.. I need better wax paper too.. Will work on that tomorrow when Im fresh with my idea I have to try..

Just finished up Typing Tonys Homework...ugggghhh His teacher is making me crazy.. He had to make a tri-fold brochure about the pyramids of Egypt.. Good thing I have ink and a pc but he cant get on here because everytime he does he deleted something important... Cant keep him focused so I ended up typing it out after finding a template.. Amazes me they dont send them to the library or pc class for this stuff.. grrrrr Same thing with Science project it had to be typed and pictures printed along with it.. To top it off he didnt remind me unti lI was tucking him in that it was due tomorrow after he sat and watched tv half the night.. I could have screamed...

I'm sorry for your loss but as you said no more pain just rejoicing with the lord and the loving memories of her time here on Earth with family and friends.

The bus route I have been doing now for the last 3 weeks off and on...the Driver passed away Monday afternoon.
I had just had all the bus kids sign a Christmas card for her and some had made ones for her and we had one for bus drivers to sign along with a get well one so we gave them to her daughter yesterday.
Her cancer was back and she was to start chemo this week but now she is whole and not suffering anymore either but rejoicing with the Lord.
so now we deal with the kids asking when she will be back and are waiting to find out from administration as to how they want me to handle it since not all parents feel it is okay to tell their children of someone passing and I do not want to cause problems there.

LK, my son in law has tried real hard to not say bad words around Sage so when he started to say something bad he would say Fudge Monkeys instead.......then he decided that Fudge Monkeys might be pretty good......Laura and I have found a Monkey candy mold and we are making him some Fudge Monkeys for Christmas!!!

I am sorry for your loss too Phyllis.......I never could figure people who can't tell their children the truth about the natural happenings in life......in instances like this their friends will tell them anyhow.

Mom, I might still have the kids tomorrow, even if school is snowed out.

Linda, when I first got Sage I tried to stop swearing, so I came up with fake curses one of them was “fudge monkeys”. So, DH started to ask where the fudge monkeys were, when he was going to get some and other such questions. I got him a fudge cake and monkey balloons for Valentines Day last year, but I’ve been looking everywhere for fudge, or even chocolate, monkeys. Well we found a candy mold that will work, so we’re going to make fudge monkeys, monkey shaped fudge, for DH for Christmas.

Audrey, many of us have been there before. Please keep talking to us, even if all you can do is “cry on our shoulders”. We’ll worry about you otherwise.

Donna, sounds like a kid to me. I know you can’t actually strangle them, but… Not the same thing, but I had “one of those days” with Sage on Mon.

Now I want to see some fudge monkeys! The story behind that is cute! Laura and Trisha.. I had the same inclination to use an alternative word when tempted to say the "f" word.. aeons ago. So I went around saying "Fish" this, or "Fish" that and of course just plain "Fish"! Believe me, that was more effective than the original word!
Wonder if I could do some fudge fish!

Jaye it was me talking about Egypt.. My son has been studying the Sphinx and the Pyramids in world history... As well as writig is name in hierogriphics.. Been interesting for me since we barely touched on it while I was in school ..

Stacey those water globes are beautiful. I love hand blown glass.. There was a gentleman at the flea market who made swan sets right at the market and he was always busy.. People loved to watch him work and then they always bought something. I had my set for 3 years and then it got broke and now he is no longer anywhere to be found...

Aw-that sucks-whenever I go to anykind of a crafty fair thing I always get business cards and write on the back what it was I liked-most of the time it controls impulse buying...

Need to plant some pansies that I got for 30 cents...weed another flower bed, dishes, laundryclean up the house... Deliver a dresser to my friend Christinas house so I can have my front porch back.. Mow the front yard..

Ugghh to tooo much to do.. I really wanna crawl back n bed for a bit longer..

I love the little faces in pansy's, but they don't grow too well here. It is too hot for them. All I can get them to do, is shrivel up.

I am thinking of planting petunias and pansies in the Lion fountain/planter in the front for the winter for a little color. I got a board and moulding yesterday for making a mantle shelf for the fireplace. Gotta get busy doing the wallpaper soon
