Trisha, just overwhelming..did you ever think they would have turned out so elegant...do they all have a home...can understand why another 12 faces have been requested and sent out...will you be doing more before Christmas or are they for next year?

(Trisha) Olympia, WA(Zone 8a)

The Original red one is mine, the others are gifts and still need a few more for gifts before Christmas......Thank you again for blessing us with the knowledge to do these......Thomas Fuller said "If you have Knowledge, let others light their candles by it." I think you may have lit a bonfire!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Trisha, those are so pretty. Your friends that recieve them will be very happy!

Lovely, think my favorites are the blue..love the silver you have embellished with..look at those cuties in the sleigh...

Pittsburg, MO(Zone 6b)

As soon as I find some silver paint I like the sleigh will be that color too. Unless we can find a sled that one bear can sit on and the other pushes.

(Phyllis) Flint,, TX(Zone 7b)

Wonderful Robin the silver really sets him off and love the bears in the sled

Great idea, Trish! I have about a dozen old Barbies I could use!

Baltimore, MD(Zone 7a)

One of my favorite Thrift Shops here --"value Village"--has all kinds of small items that they bag and hang above all the racks--for aisles and aisles--just look up, and see what is in all those "grab bags" for like $1+ something.
I have seen bags-full of old Barbies. Besides--you can also use the hands and feet and the body for your X-Mas creations. Dainty......

Gita

Ferndale, AR(Zone 7b)

Wow, that's the most glamorous Barbie I've ever seen! Love the fur.

(Trisha) Olympia, WA(Zone 8a)

Gita, Never thought of using old Barbies (and I Love Value Village)....my Mrs. face and hands are ones I molded out of polymer clay and painted......I may try pouring a few in plaster but it would be along process with only one tiny mold.. but I have fun with it.....!

(Audrey) Dyersburg, TN(Zone 7a)

Betty, my package arrived today! Thanks! I love the key!

Victoria Harbour, ON

Audrey, how wonderful..just a little something to wish you "Merry Christmas" I'll let the girls know on the Best/Worse thread that yours arrived so the other few should be arriving any day...

Where in the world did you find a small lantern???

I am so impressed, just smiling over here.

Fostoria, OH(Zone 5a)

I hunted high and low for a lantern but with no success. Good for you in finding just the right touch for your Santa. The blue and silver is a good choice, too.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Please tell us where you got the lanterns from?

LK

Victoria Harbour, ON

$$$ store trees..for a change...

(Trisha) Olympia, WA(Zone 8a)

Will check out $$$ Store for Trees as soon as possible.......those looked great!!!
The lanterns are Christmas ornaments from the $$$Store....and found large butterflies to use for fairy wings!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Thanks for the info Trisha. Off to the dollar store again. I love that stpore!

LK

(Trisha) Olympia, WA(Zone 8a)

I definitely spend more than a dollar there!!!!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I do too, but you can get more products, than if you were shopping at Michaels!

LK

Dolores, CO(Zone 5b)

Been working on 2 Green Santas!

This one is a gift...

This Santa is one I am keeping.

I gave him a full head of hair because i wanted the shawl hood to be off his head sometimes.
LOL, Steve likes him with the hood, so it goes on and off daily!
