What's going on is the same ole same ole... no change...
I don't know what going to the doctor will change, though... he's run all the tests he can run, and scratched his head till is sore. But, not going to the doctor will keep me from complaining... and I do want to complain about it to someone... Don's tired of hearing about it.

Well, we are here for you. Complain away--but I do wish you could find out what is causing the pain. Humm, did you have it before we all came into your life? ROFLOL

BJ I haven't potted my cuttings up yet but they are in water that I added root hormone to but they have the white nubs on them.

Hey Marion, are you trying to say we give BJ a stomachache?

LOL... yes... this started in Spring of last year... stopped last fall and winter... then returned this past spring, but hasn't stopped since then. It's almost everyday now... When it happens during the day, I usually feel the early warning spasms, and can take a pain pill early enough to keep it from getting so bad.
BUT when it happens during the night, I don't know in time to take a pain pill before it gets too bad... so, it's way out of control before I can help it. I hate it when that happens... and it's woke me up 3 times in the last month...
When it gets that bad, it leaves me nauseated all day long. I feel like I'm going to throw up any minute now.

What me say that Cindy? Nope not me!! BJ, I assume ye ole gallbladder is missing? That was they way I acted before the surgeon decided to send it on a permanant vacation. Seriously, I wish some doctor could find out what is causing these problems for you. I gets old having attacks like that!!!

Cindy, I keep forgetting to tell you but my GS's love the ladybugs!! The 3 yo is as bad as I am about ladybugs.

Yes, Marion... Lost my gall bladder 30 years ago...
It's a mystery... but a mystery I'd like to solve, for sure.

Ah do they now, well they will soon be getting another Lady Bug something something LOL. It's being made by someone else. I can't wait to see them.

Sorry, to disapear on you all last night, it was such a splendid night. I couldn't help but to enjoy this unually warm weather outside beside a fire. The leaves are still falling and oh how fun to walk across the deck in rustlin and crunching of leaves.
It was wonderful to sit in my chair and ponder. I thought of you all and my other dg friends. Then I was joined by Steve and we chatted about many different things. LOL, had to laugh as I was telling him of our conversation on peas, laughed some more as he rattled of some names too, and then I just said alrighty then...

Okay, Tia, Tina Whatever--We have been calling her TIa but come to find out her name really is Tina. We just on a whim started posting Tia, Tina Whatever. Us being a wee bit goofy. Apparantly she sent a note to someone and signed it "Thanks In Advace" and it was taken as her name being Tia. I think that is correct, if not she will straighten me out I hope.

Marion, yes I did sign up for the emails from the fabric sites. Thank you. I got several emails so far. Some are just a welcome to the site, and one announced the sales. You are an enabler for sure!!! Some of the fabrics are sooo pretty, and it is hard to make a decision!

Oh I thought I posted a pix of the Lady Bugs. Remember you got the from somewhere? So I made Marion 3. I haven't forgotten you LK, I'm working on a beaded critter for you, I'm not telling what it is because I don't know how it's going to turn out.

BJ, the yellow cannas are growing like weeds, but the red ones haven't done anything yet. I hope I got them in the ground soon enough.

Worms always eat my cannas.

Cindy... those red ones will come up in the spring... they'll be fine... and they'll probably come up with more stalks than you think...

Harmony, if you spray your cannas with a weak dish soap/ammonia/vinegar solution about once a month, the worms will leave it alone. So will the crickets, and the other bugs that like to eat them.

I thought I had posted a picture of the ladybugs--maybe not. Only have one here as 2 are at the GD's home. Yes, when we first started talking about the beaded critters I ask Cindy to make me 3 ladybugs. She did an outstanding job too!!!!!!

I was only teasing about causing BJ pain. Just wish we could help her get it diagnosised. Any doctors in the house?

Hi Debra, got your fleurs listed above! Are there any takers for Woody? We were at this couple last night who rescued dogs, and they have about 70!!! 50 are Chis. They spent about $30 a day just on food. The wife used to be a vet tech, so they are truly well taken care of. We didn't succumbed to bringing one home with us, cause I truly don't have the time to take care of another, when we have Ali that needs constant care.
Punk Boy can call me granma anytime!! Yeah, we could do a round robin with Punk Boy, Tina-Tia!! Kel will be what Kel does best... punk along with him!!
LK is right, I don't use peroxide on my cuttings, as I change the water every other day. (Some brug enthusiasts out there will kill me for saying that) Well ALL my cuttings rooted and I pot them up with potting soil, but I do add perlite for extra draining. The size of your pot should correspond to the size of your plant. They don't like their feet wet for too long!

BTW, you know why rain water is good for your plants.. cause it got natural peroxide.

Oooh.. this year, my cannas didn't have any problems with cutworms. But I read something similar to BJ's cocktail do work. But I got Canna Jhivago that didn't seed at all this year. Had blooms, but no seeds in the pods!! How strange is that..

Hi everyone........welcome Harmony......you will love this bunch!!! just popped in quick so I don't get too lost.......I got water running out of my car almost as fast as I put it in so have to get that taken care of. It is starting out cold today....If I'm cold in the morning it takes most of the day for me to warm up again. If it is just a radiator hose with the car should only take Terry about half an hour to fix it then I can turn the heat on high and get really toasty on the way home. (((((hugs))))) to everyone, don't get too far ahead while I m gone!!
