We'll see... hear that Deborah ???? don't make me loose, ya hear?
Here's just a suggestion... what I would do if I were you.
While your reading your manual... highlight all the things that don't make sense, and you don't understand... then at some point, you should take your machine in to a sewing machine repair shop... don't leave it, just take it in with your manual, and ask questions... a lot of time they'll instruct you for no charge, or very little charge... I did that with my serger, and had all my questions answered.
۞Sweet Interruption۞ 41
Right now, the whole book would be yellow. LOL That's an idea, BJ, about the repair shop there's an older gentleman that repairs machines in a workshop behind his home, should it get to that point I'll do that. The first questions thought, I'm directing to all y'all first after all, that's wheres it come from.
I've been lurking-- Well I certainly learned my lesson. That tic tac toe thing scared the pants off of me !! No more lurking ! LOL
Phyllis, I really like peanut butter, banana, and honey sandwiches.
Cindy, apples and peanut butter is really good.
tcinmb, welcome to the room!
tcinmb, welcome, and thank you for the warning. I don't like to be scared, so Kim, I ain't going there and you can't make me. "grin"
well I called my brother and talked to sister in law (only cause they are up there and can do things form there I can't...long story on SIL)
anyway she mentioned even talking to their atty to see what steps can be taken too so we will see what happens.
ok am off to bed now niters girls
oh and ROFLMAO on the tic tac toe game have to sent that to some people at work LOL

Uh- thanks. You guys are not only funny but scarey !!
We try, tcinmb... hang around... you never know what we'll come up with next.
A child was told to write a book report on the entire Bible. This is
amazing and brought tears to my eyes. I wonder how often we take for
granted that children understand what we are teaching???) Through the
eyes of a child. Children's Bible in a Nutshell.
.
In the beginning, which occurred near the start, there was nothing but
God, darkness, and some gas.
The Bible says, 'The Lord thy God is one, but I think He must be a lot
older than that. Anyway, God said, 'Give me a light!' and someone did.
Then God made the world.
.
He split the Adam and made Eve. Adam and Eve were naked, but they
weren't embarrassed because mirrors hadn't been invented yet. Adam and
Eve disobeyed God by eating one bad apple, so they were driven from the
Garden of Eden. ? Not sure what they were driven in though, because they
didn't have cars.
.
Adam and Eve had a son, Cain, who hated his brother as long as he was
Abel. Pretty soon all of the early people died off, except for
Methuselah, who lived to be like a million or something.
.
One of the next important people was Noah, who was a good guy, but one
of his kids was kind of a Ham.
Noah built a large boat and put his family and some animals on it. He
asked some other people to join him, but they said they would have to
take a rain check.
.
After Noah came Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Jacob was more famous than
His brother, Esau, because Esau sold Jacob his birthmark in exchange for
some pot roast. Jacob had a son named Joseph who wore a really loud
sports coat.
.
Another important Bible guy is Moses, whose real name was Charlton
Heston. Moses led the Israel Lights out of Egypt and away from the evil
Pharaoh after God sent ten plagues on Pharaoh's people. These plagues
included frogs, mice, lice, bowels, and no cable. God fed the Israel
Lights every day with manicotti. Then he gave them His Top Ten Commandments.
These include don't lie, cheat, smoke, dance, or covet
your neighbor's stuff. Oh, yeah, I just thought of one more: humor thy
father and thy mother.
.
One of Moses' best helpers was Joshua who was the first Bible guy to use
spies. Joshua fought the battle of Geritol and the fence fell over on
the town.
.
After Joshua came David. He got to be king by killing a giant with a
slingshot. He had a son named Solomon who had about 300 wives and 500
porcupines.
My teacher says he was wise, but that doesn't sound very wise to me.
.
After Solomon there were a bunch of major league prophets. One of these
was Jonah, who was swallowed by a big whale and then barfed upon the
shore.
.
There were also some minor league prophets, but I guess we don't have to
worry about them.
.
After the Old Testament came the New Testament. Jesus is the star of The
New Testament. He was born in Bethlehem in a barn. (I wish I had been
born in a barn, too, because my mom is always saying to me, 'Close the
door! Were you born in a barn?' It would be nice to say, 'As a matter of
fact, I was.')
.
During His life, Jesus had many arguments with sinners like the
Pharisees and the Democrats. Jesus also had twelve opossums. The worst
one was Judas Asparagus. Judas was so evil that they named a terrible
vegetable after him.
.
Jesus was a great man. He healed many leopards and even preached to some
Germans on the Mount. But the Democrats and all those guys put Jesus on
trial before Pontius the Pilot. Pilot didn't stick up for Jesus. He just
washed his hands instead.
.
Any ways, Jesus died for our sins, then came back to life again. He went
up to Heaven but will be back at the end of the Aluminum. His return is
foretold in the book of Revolution.
Welcome tcinmb, BTW what is your given name? This is Halloween time so beware we are just getting started..........................
My given name is Tina. Someone sent me a e-mail last week kind of like that- I nearly fell out of my chair ! LOL You would think I'd learn.
Tina, I did the same thing! BTW. Welcome!
Thanks for the welcome.
Yep, Phyllis... that's pretty much the way I understand the way it went too...
Out of the mouth of babes.... too cute.
Well, Tina... kick off your shoes and stay a while... there must be a reason you got invited here... so... join in the chat, and let us get to know you.
We have two Tinas now... New Tina, and Tia Tina, Whatever...
this could get kinda confusing... Marion's good about how to keep them strait... I'll leave that up to her.
Well... I just got all Don's new shirts embroidered with the company logo on them... BUT, that's ALL I got done today... and I mean that... I did absolutely NOTHING today but Don's shirts. And I don't even feel bad about it.
Welcome neighbor!! Yes I can call you neighbour Tina!
You're not too far from Tabor City, NC... you know the city across the border!
Yeahhh...
Phyllis, if manicotti was good for the Israelites, then it should be good for us! I'll have to copy and paste the whole thing and email that to my buddies. Thanks.. and please be good to yourself.
So glad you are enjoying your machine. Another tip is to put a piece of scrap under your presser foot, Deborah, when you're not using it, so it will accumulate the excess oil. Fortunately, my machines don't have to be oiled, as I always forget to do so.
I'm gathering some scraps to send to you to practise with too. :D

Well hello Tina, recipient of the gnome. Imagine seeing you on this thread but very glad I did. Drag up a chair, kick your shoes off and join us. Well actual the others as I will be leaving tomorrow for a week. Hey, ladies we will refer to her as Tina Gnome. Let her explain.
Deborah, when I return I will give you a call and we will get together. Yeap, oiling and cleaning!! your machine is imperative to keep in in good working condition. Not difficult to figure out and by the time I get back you probably will have done just that.
Forget the peanut butter unless it is Reese's cups but bring on the crunchy fudge and crisp cookies. Sorry Debra you can't "hawg" them!!! Do you mean to let us believe there is someone here who will lead you astray with website and things? Shame on them. BTW, I have been ordering from the afore mentioned store for sometime now. Ship fast, excellant quality and love their email notices of sales.
Well off to beddy bye. Again Tina, glad to have you join in our group. Tia, Tina, Whatever your name I am so glad to see you posting again. Take care and remember we are here for you.

Mornin all, welcome Gnome Tina, I am the other Tina!!!
All went well last night, DGS fell asleep last night at 5 30 pm and slept thru the whole night. No one came knocking on the door for help or anything last night, I went to bed about 8 pm but didnt sleep all night.
Hoping for a good day today but I doubt it.
When this gets too slow it's time for a new room.
Morning sistahs.. moving y'all on over.
Laura, Trisha, Phyllis, Debra, Marion, Sis, Stacey, Cindy, Deborah, Tia-Tina, Janice, Judy, Bon, AnjL, Kim, Kim the Exotic, Audrey, Joyce, LK, BJ, Robin, Betty, Cathy, Tina from MB and Joey >>>>NEW ROOM >>>> http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/915755/
Well, Deborah, now you can join the ranks of those of us who are addicted to sewing...anything! Most everything is just straight stitches so you can make lots of things. The problem is in buying material. First you see this piece and then have to have that and before you know it you have a whole shelf, bookcase, cabinet of just material that you are going to get to some day.
Love that Drunkards Path pattern and it should be spectacular in black and white. On the October Block swap some people wanted black and white blocks and they were so beautiful that I want to do a whole quilt block exchange with just black and white with a little of some other color. Somehow I have got to get a quilt with those colors.
Morning Janice, next door please, and I'll post my suggestion there.
