She's About To.......#29

Kansas City (Joyce), MO(Zone 5a)

When I lived in SanAntonio I remember sasuage and potatoe tacos in the morning....I can almost smell them. Hadn't thought about them tell you Hotties started talking about spicy yummy food. Oh darkmoondreamer that would be wonderful to see your receipes. I get home so late after working all day, then checking on my Mom, that DH cooks, sometimes (most of the time) I just grab something. Not a bad cook, but he sure made some strange soups last year when it got cold....LOL

Rainy and dark here. We had thunder and light show last night. It broke for a while around 10 and went out and checked the pond to see the pond filter was clogged....dang so at 5am I am out cleaning the filter and dragging the last of the plants in.

Phyllis glad you didn't get snow, it is just too early for that, even tho they keep threatening us with flurries.

Joyce we have had non stop rain here last two days and thunder and lightening here last night too. I have to go out sometime and strip the veggie garden, freeze expected thursday night. Making crock pot garlic and rosemary chicken for dinner. Just a whole chicken stuffed with rosemary and garlic. Had to cut back my rosemary shrub anyway. Deb, that fresh salsa looks lovely! Gonna try it for sure. Gotta add cilantro for my hubbie. Morning to all the early bird hotties!

Hi Joyce, Louise and Faye

Karen started # 30 early this morning, I'm sure you hotties did not see the link cause those TM hotties were post here all morning.

Faye, you can copy any block by highlighting the text and pasting it into what ever word processing program you have. If you have Excel you can just Right click anywhere in the thread and a menu will come up. On the bottom select export to excel and you can get the whole thread, it only takes a min if you are not on dial up. If you have problems let me know.

Thank you donna,  That is the way I've always done it but on DG it will not work.  Most times it will not hi light, (Almost never) and IF it does, I get a menu to clip, print or use Standard Selection CTRL+Shift+5

South Coast, RI(Zone 6b)

Faye that is odd, I have always been able to copy/paste even on dial up. Did you try to copy only the words in the post and not the sides with the name and all? If you can’t do it I can send you the list via dmail or your home email.

Henderson, NC(Zone 7b)

Yes Donna, I've tried to copy just the inside of the post but cannot get it. Is there someway I can let DG know the problem? Thank you . faye

Faye, You can try the “contact us” link way down at the bottom of this page.

When I learned how to copy, cut and paste I went a little crazy. I just couldn't get it for the longest time, brain just wouldn't go into gear. When I want to save some instructions I highlight it, copy, cut then bring up a blank e-mail and paste it on there. I keep adding on to it then I print it out. I go a little crazy on printing too, have to learn to cut that down with the price of cartridges. Just copied the salsa recipe..............Love Salsa

Dahtzu I just sent you a dmail but will post here too :o)

another way to print just one post is:

click on the post # underneath the persons name and date....
this will bring JUST that ONE post up in another screen. then you should be able to right click that screen and click 'save as' and save it to your computer doc file...or you can click print screen and you'd be printing just that one post.

I do this alot with recipes.... just save them to a word doc titled the name of the recipe (ie: debras salsa) and then print only when I need it :o)

now we have FIVE thread to read?! teehee!
