down here spring and fall are very short. If you blink you miss them.

19,758 That was fun!
3175, I didn't do so well
Well ... good morning everyone. I have been playing on Twitter for the past hour, looking for any of my DG friends that just might be members there, too. Nope. Couldn't find any of you.
Celeste ~ you and I are so similar. I'm sure that when my grands get a little older, I'll go looking for more little ones to care for and to cuddle. I'm sure there will always be parents that need day care.
And, all my years seem to go by so very quickly now, but Happy Belated Birthday to your baby!!! Did you go party?
Hi Eleanor!
Happy Halloween, Eleanor!
Happy Halloween, everyone else!
Happy Halloween!
Extra hour for gardening this weekend! I hate setting the clocks back, though. Depressing.
I agree Sherrie
Happy November, everyone!
Celeste, CONGRATULATIONS!! That is a great (if bittersweet) accomplishment..
Hello Eleanor.
I'm bulb planting today.
Good morning y'all hope your weather is good up there. Down here in Northeast Florida it is cool and wet. Oh well I did not feel like weeding any way. Y'all all have a great day.
Nice day in CT
LOL!
Describe 'cool', wren
Lovely photo!
We won't be seeing 60 here for quite some time, I'm afraid!
It's pretty "warm" here. Should reach at least 50
mid 40's today, 60's and sunny predicted here for mid week
Yes, I always laugh when my relatives in FL complain of cool or cold weather. 50's and 60's!
Well you have to remember that we are never cold long enough to get use to it. It could be in the 30's in the morning and in the 70's in the afternoon. Plus our cold is very damp.
Speakin of 70's - the bank said it was 76 a little bit ago. Whew! I'm sweatin!!
Our cold here is a wet cold, too. Jeff grew up outside of Syracuse in Manlius and said the cold there didn't feel as cold as the cold here, cuz of the wetness factor.
Well, it was a beautiful day for working in the yard! Put 140 bulbs in. 50 species tulips, 20 Darwin, 20 peony tulips, 50 daffs. Have one area where I can get away with regular tulips. Every where else they would be deer food.
Oh that will be so beautiful. I so wish I could grow tulips down here.
DH finally planted my new-to-me daylilies! I still have a box of bulbs from a co-op.
I can't even grown daylilies in this stupid yard. Oh well I will just have to enjoy the picture of all of y'alls flowers
I planted an oakleaf hydrangea too. always wanted one.
Nice, David.
