Be Thankful

I'm thankful today for good neighbors. :-)

I'm thankful for a little girl's life. She ran out into the road at our mall and hit a car. Yes, she ran into the car. Tiny thing that didn't know better. The paramedics checked her out and sent her home.

It's cool.cloudy and windy here but can still work outside!

I am SO THANKFUL that right after I posted my last message about still being in running for the job I really wanted, I got the offer in my email!

What a nice thread! I am verrrrry thankful that my mom and brother both made it through health crises last month and are doing fine. Also, there was a wildfire here a couple of weeks ago - no buildings lost, nobody injured! Yeah!

So good to hear people are getting the jobs they want. Congrats!

Thankful the sun is shining and I could work on the back hill. Maybe half done!

I'm thankful to have good medical care and insurance coverage. Just got back from MD's office with flu/pneu. vacs. for the season.

I'm thankful that gas dropped to $2.27 a gallon today. Also thankful that my vacation helped me destress so that I had fun today my first day back at work, and thankful that my coworkers missed me. LOL

I'm thankful my DH stopped smoking. 3 weeks on Sunday.

I'm thankful for the rain.

I am thankful my sister is getting the medical attention she needs for her cancer and hope they found it in time!

I am grateful for having quit smoking 4.5 years ago - and having absolutely NO temptations to pick that up again!

I am thankful this evening that my DH is feeling better. I had to bring him home from work today because he was sick.

Hi everyone, I'm still learning my way around here, and I am thankful for the opportunity! Also thankful that I bought a neat used car today, from someone who may very well become a friend, and meanwhile I still have the loan of a truck and can go get some manure for my new garden patch. *big smiles*

LOL, kwanjin! I too am thankful that I can retain a few helpful information left. Of all the the things that I've lost.......(ya'll can fill in the blank). LOL.

I too am thankful for my mind. I thought I was losing mine today. I kept losing my train of thought but I decided it was because I had such a nasty headache. So I'm thankful for Tylenol and the coworker who had it. LOL

I am thankful that I have a great family that would do anything for me, and vice versa.

I'm thankful that when I bought my new/old car just today, I also made a new friend -- great little car, wonderful person who sold it to me, I am truly blessed.

I'm thankful for my neighbors who, when they do something stupid, make me realize I'm not as dumb as I think I am.

I'm thankful for the friend who is putting our barn wall back up, so the animals are warm this winter. DH and DS have been so busy with work they don't have the wall finished yet. Next Spring we will do some landscaping for our friend.
