Lol.. mini pauses keep me up most of the nights, and I'll get a delay start lately!

BTW Deb, there's one quilt book I'm trying to find for you. Once I found it, I'll send it to you. You just can't have only 4 mags!!!

I've always been an early riser but 3:45 is a bit too early. I get more done between 6am and noon than the whole day combined. If it's not done by noon, it may not get done. I folded laundry and put away clean dishes by 4am this morning! lol!

So you're back at your sewing machine? making that icky pink quilt? lol! I like pink -- hope you will share a photo with us.

There must be some quilting classes around here. I need some basic lessons like how to sew a straight seam without it puckering. Have been starting in the middle of the piece and sewing to the outside then sewing from the middle to the opposite outside. That's ok for rag quilts, but if it's for topstitching it won't work because of the double stitching in the middle. (am I making sense this early?)

I just discovered this so i missed out but its ok way been feeling doubt could done what ever it is. been up all night..

Debra, I too am up because of the mini pauses.(Up at 3 a.m.) Had a huge night sweat OMG, and Rick has the electric blanket on lol. I hate winter time when it comes to bedtime. I sleep by the window, open, and a small fan clipped to the sill.

morning girls ...sure is a good thing I have my alarm set for 4am I sure didn't' want to get up this morning but made it out at 4:55 LOL and am ready to head out the door here shortly.
yesterday we had the every Tuesday trip meeting which is going over the field trips for the week
then I got to sit by the phone to answer it while others took lunch.
the gal that was suppose to be training to take my route didn't call or come in yesterday so who knows now if she is or not and the new guy that as in training didn't' pass his test so he is out.

oh well I'll stay on my bus until they have a replacement I guess ...fine by me I know it is would e eone less route to deal wtih filling LOL

Well, I quit wearing pj's to bed too hot. Your right it could be the weather change because I have not had one all summer long. I found that stuff that BJ told us about and have been drinking that every morning so I don't have many power surges during the day, but now the night sweats have started. YUK!!!

Maybe it's the full moon?

i hate night sweats.

Colloidal Minerals, I found it at Sam's club $9.??. Not bad tasting either. Says it has 74 Major and Trace Minerals. An ounce a day.

What does it do for you?

It has really cut down the power surges. I was having them every couple of hours, now it's like one or two a day. Need to drink it before bedtime see if it will cut out the night sweats.

Cindy-I guess since you don't wear PJ's we all know what you do wear;)LOL

As I have leaned stealing mail isn't always a punishable offense-only if malice takes place, identity theft and money issues-like CC, checks etc.-which in BJ's DS case it did, but someone just opening your mail is not:( Even throwing aways pressies you got in the mail isn't:(

No-coffee is the wonder laxative in my house!! That and a am cig and I have to "get ready" so I am good til I get home in the afternoon!!LOL

Well, I don't get up in the middle of the night... aka 4am... but I'm just so proud to get up and become vertical in the morning, I don't care... so, I sleep late... slap me. LOL...

The lack of minerals in our earth today causes our diet to lack certain minerals. Middle aged women feel the brunt of that lack of nutrition while going through the change. We need a certain amount of those minerals to get us through the change that God intended us to make into mature adulthood. A lot of women prolong going through the change by taking hormones. Why, I'm not sure... but it's just not the natural thing to do. God intended us to STOP having periods... and we just need to help our bodies today to deal with the side effects by supplementing it with the nutrients we no longer get in our diet.

COLLOIDAL only means that the minerals are suspended in a medium so they don't settle to the bottom of the bottle. There's a lot of controversy about those minerals not being ionically charged, and therefore not absorbable in the digestive system. I don't know about all that... I just know it's the only thing that got ME through the change...

I was just kidding about the poop...

I know... just thought I'd do a little educating this morning...

Well, since I've been taking it I feel good. Can get thru the day without having to stick my head in the freezer LOL.

well, when I am old and go throught the change (so in a couple yrs) I will be all about those minerals!!

Today is our anniversary... and the first time Don has had to work on our anniversary... but he's off tomorrow and Friday, so tomorrow we're taking a "backyard" vacation. Absolutely nothing that resembles work for us tomorrow... so, today, I have to get a lot done.
