Peg, that pic brings back memories, pretty bad here, too. I had a big limb on my deck, wiped out a few hangers, a solar lighthouse and whacked my PG hydrangea tree pretty good. Limbs down all over the yard, just ugly. It was like a tornado went through... it does make you feel like it will never be the same... but now it's pretty close, except for the big burn pile I have waiting to be a bonfire. I did keep some of the bigger stuff to burn in the stove, but it was pretty sad out there for a few months, till I could get help (working chainsaw) to clear it.

Tiff was my world. I even remember the day she was killed. November 23, 1973. It was dumb but she was with my brother on his paper route and I was playing football in the park. I did her special whisle and she had this funny thing she did. She walked upright on her hind legs. I saw her and wistled and the next thing I hear my brother screaming my name and I looked and she was down. A football crashed into my temple and I went down then was up running. She was hit by a woman who had run a stop sign because she was late in making dinner for a dinner party. Tiffany was dead, but only one drop of blood came from her nose. I remember like it was yesterday.

I get back from the emergency room and everybody is gone! Wolfie love the rainbow bridge post, My hubbie and I are totally in love with our dog Rosie. She is such a sweet mess! LOL Night sisses. Prayers for the ones in the storm! My hubbie is drugged up with pain killers and feeling much better!

Oh pretty Clemen!!!! I can't wait for mine. Bonnie I went to an auction today and bought about a hundred pots for 6 bucks and two huge five tiered steel shelves for my plants in the sunroom for 3 bucks each! Finally got the shelving I needed, no more stacking on tables!!! YAY!!!

Oh no that is terrible! I went to an estate auction. I am addicted to them. I have bought most of my home furnishings from estate auctions! They have them every week in and around the area. You can buy fine furniture and antiques at great prices!
LOL, I thought it was a plant sale not a furniture sale, lol, I also have bought most of my home furnishing trough estate sales, they are just great. in my neighborhood specially, when they call for a estate sale on the paper, you can see people lining up to just get first hands on the stuff, crazy!
LADIES, bad news here in arkansas this morning... storm came thru while i was asleep and stripped every bloom from my ladies. i cried. it bgokr the top off of another oine that hadn't bloomed yet, darn it. it took and laid both my morning glory bushes down, dunno if i can stand them back up or not, btw, good morning every one. things could be a hecka lot worse.
