Bonnie, I meant to tell you, the authorities tell me when you "prop up" an extremity, (arm or leg), it is supposed to be above heart level. I still have not figured out how you are supposed to keep a foot above heart level, unless you do major yoga or standing on your head. There is no comfortable way to do it. But that is what they claim is best.

I'm already in my jammies, but probably off to bed before long...Tomorrow will be the long day for us. Ike is 55 miles from landfall as I speak, will hit Galvaston at about 1:00 in the morning. It will probably be through my area, and Becky's I'm assuming by lunchtime tomorrow. I feel pretty safe and secure in my home, but I hate to see what it's going to do to my yard. I live on a major highway, and directly across the street from a grocery store, and a gas station, so I won't want for anything.

My clivia was cheep ; } maybe thats why it has not bloomed lol!! Got it from qvc. Jade vine is a tropical vine with a vibrant green bloom.

Okay, Kim the exotic and Clem with the beatiful scary plants, where do you find these things? Here on DG or where? You both come up with some very unusual plants and I always have to look them up. So that's where I'm going.
My jammies are cotton shorts and a t-shirt, if it an everyday night. I have one ""sexy"" outfit, and one nightgown and a pair of real PJs in case I have to go to the hospital. I have told Keith and Melissa both to run out and get me more if that happens. If they leave me in a hospital gown, they are in trouble. :))) But Keith buys me clothes in large and Miss bought me a size 0 dress, so I am really in trouble. Prolly need to take care of that myself, come to think about it. :))
Sweet talking me? don;t ask DH about that, lol, yep I am sweet I know that did not get me anywhere with the clivia, all I got from a friend here in town is a dead one that i am trying to revive, lol. Yep they cost betwwen 30 to 50 dollars a plant and they are gorgeous! Once you get them they do like to be root bound and ake a few years to star blooming, once they take, OMG just a pleasure so Kim do not repot yours!

Yea, Clem, you haven't played the begging card, yet? I'm not sayin what I wear to bed, but I'm in gray stretchy 3/4 length pants and a Big Springs, AR shirt with bleach splatters.. It's comfy.
