Where is your DG central?

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Donnie brook had a good idea.
Show us where you view garden photos and post to threads.
Mine is not Victor quality and is in my bedroom, overlooks the back yard and an Hydrangea bush.

I'll post another of the "through the window view" when there is more daylight.

Oh my gosh, you dont want to see what I see.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

OHHHHH Yes we do.Its a look into us DGers as people.
Let it all hang out there no judgements on anyone.

Others go first. That will give me a day or 2 to pick up :-)

Buffalo, NY(Zone 6a)

Oops! I didn't see this thread, and posted mine in the Garden Photos #35.

Here it is again, hope I don't get into trouble!

This photo is from last fall.

I made this watercolor in PhotoShop of the view out that window for my annual christmas card. I thought it was a rather christmassy scene, so I added the lights.

Here is the "alternate" computer area on the kitchen counter .....

Hope you are comfortable, JoAnn

I'm checking DG between naps.
Thats quite a plant collection WNY.
Debbi! The instructiond for the rain barrel came from the D&C over the holiday weekend last. There was a section devoted to "green" isn't that the big deal now days. It was Earth Day and alternative living style back in the 70's
What goes around Comes around. It has always been a good idea but I wonder about the manfucturing waste from the new bio friendly products don't defeat the purpose.
Gardens to the extent they are today were never heard of until the 70's.
I'll go to Gromore next spring and grow potatoes on my deck.
Back to my recliner and another nap.

I read that article in the paper, haven't looked at the web site - not sure if I saved it.
Here is my DG Central, I carry my laptop between here and the deck.

Great view Deb.

Willie - you have a lot of great company there.

Yours is so neat and cozy JoAnn - this is a cute idea.

I'm with Sherrie, I need a couple days to make it presentable.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Debi nice view.
Here is mine as promised, June and July are better with trumpit lilies and poppies and May tulips.
Right now its the Hydrangea

Nice views and great thread idea. I'll take a shot of mine on the next sunny day.

Ballston Lake, NY(Zone 5a)

i'd post a picture of mine if i could. however right now i am limited to DGing at work and bringing in a camera may get me fired. (sensitive information) so you may have to wait until my home computer is no longer in pieces on the floor.
beautiful pictures everyone

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I am making notes on the photo promises.
expext a flood of pics tomorrow.

Medway, MA(Zone 5b)

JoAnn, this is a fun idea! I, like Sherrie, had to tidy up a bit.

My "computer" room is my everything room. To the right, as seen, is a bunch of home school stuff, my seed-starting rack cluttered with off-season stuff and my winter-sow milk jug collection. To the right of that is a work table (right now one of the cats is sleeping on it), and a door leading to the back yard.

Can you tell I like to use sticky notes? I'd be lost without them!!! The door to the left leads to the kitchen. To the left of the chair is my washer and dryer. On the wall opposite my desk is a wall of open pantry shelves and a door to the living room.

Even though these windows face east, the 2:00 sun still glares the camera. The left window allows me to view the neighbor's driveway/garage! The right window has a stone wall, hydrangea tree, Sedum 'Autumn Joy', lamb's ears, ornamental strawberries, astilbe, primroses and, if I stretch my neck, the birdfeeder!

Its definatly your space Primrose.
I like the embroidered table cloth.

JoAnn - I had no idea that my "reconstructed office" shot would spawn such a fun idea for a thread. Leave it to you to think of that!! This is really fun to see everyone's special "roosts" and the view from their windows. I love the color of yours, and I assume that is one of your beautiful works of art on the wall. I also am struck at how we all seem to look out at pretty garden spaces. Duh......we're gardeners....what else???? LOL

Willie - love all 3 of your shots! That's a kitchen that would inspire some great garden fare!!

Deb - You've got moose too!!! LOL And that view is so pretty!

Come on everyone........no picking everything up!! I promise to post my office when it starts to look as it normally does instead of right after I "moved back in".....LOL

Thats it I am going to take a picture of my DG Central Station.

Edited to say:

NO FLIPPING WAY after I saw the pictures!! Oh bad bad bad.

Awww, come on Sherrie......what the heck! Show us your messy roost! LOL

Medway, MA(Zone 5b)

Don't worry, Sherrie - no one saw the other half of my room - the REALLY messy half!!!

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Mine is getting messier by the day as I try to find a place for all the stuff that has to go back in there! LOL

Medway, MA(Zone 5b)

Louise, by the time you get everything organized, it will be time to head down south again!

Good thread... well, I have a lap top so I go everywhere... sometimes outside in the garden... but most of the time I am in my bedroom ... in bed actually!!!! talk about being lazy!!!!!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

my kind of spot Andy

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I was wondering when the wireless posters would show up.
Nice.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

I'm wireless JoAnn. I stay indoors more than out just because of glare on the screen when out, even in shade. And because I'm already on here too much, if I start using it more outside...

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

My sister swears by wireless, I'm attached to the tower Ive had for years.
Your deck views are wonderful.

Well Deb at least you wouldnt have to dust outside to show us a picture. To dust is on my agenda today. I scared myself last night.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

heehee

Southeastern, CT(Zone 6a)

I'm gonna have to think about going wireless. Sounds so nice to be able to go outside and still be connected.

OK - here's mine as promised. You can see the reflection of the window on the computer screen. I have a number of bird feeders (seed and nectar) so I hear and see them all day long.

Nice. Love the Ali painting, Nance!

That looks like an antique file cabinet. Humm?

Here are three. The desk, part of the room the desk is in, and then the window view.

The room, can't get a good angle to get the whole of the room :-/

And...looking out the window...if you look closely enough, the bottom left corner of the pic, you can see the tip of a leaf...lol...that is the tallest stalk and leaf from the banana canna, which is in a 1/2 whiskey barrel on the deck below. This "office" is on the 2nd floor. :-)
