yohoooooo... can't wait to see you guys also... so cool....
RU in NH - October 11 2008
I am driving up by myself (so far) from Bridgeport, CT. Anyone want to share the ride? Also, I need directions and a phone number because I get lost really easily! I have painted lady runner beans to share. I will bring hummus and pitas.
YankeeCat, I would offer for you to ride with us, but we are staying in Keene for the weekend to see fall foliage. Sorry!
Karen
I think I will bring a raspberry apple crisp.
I will be bringing phlox, iris, & DLs along with deviled eggs. We are also staying in NH & ME until Wed. or Thurs.
That's OK - I have books on CD to keep me company. I will be bringing garlic cloves and tulip bulbs to share.
Getting close!
few more days....
I will bring a salad... and I need directions also!
Oh, hey, right! Directions! I'll be staying in Brattleboro for the weekend. So, I'll be nearby.
I checked the address with mapquest and it is accurate. So, plug in your addresses and see what you get. You should have no trouble finding Candyce's place. I used to live in that area. Should be pretty foliage. We are staying in Brattleboro Sat. night, too.
Can't wait to meet you all. Cyndie
where are the directions!???
I would send out another D-Mail Blast message, but a few people on that list are no longer attending the RU. So, those of you who need my address in order to MapQuest for directions, please send me a D-Mail, and I'll send out my address to you within the day. I'm only on the computer for a limited time, so don't panic if I don't get back to you right away.
I used the address exchange. Go to the home page, click the "extras" tab, click "address exchange", pick "C" then find "Candyce". Then you can use a map program online.
Ooooohhhh ....
you are so smart!!!
I think I mentioned it before that there would be a chance that we won't be using the grill. Well, now it's a positive fact. We won't be using the grill. So don't forget to bring your pot luck dish, everyone, OK?
As Louise can attest to, I have a HUGE dining room table that can handle it!
It looks like Saturday will be such a fun day!! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since we will be getting there around 2ish, I'll bring a dessert of some kind and the red dahlia tubers to share. Can't wait to see everyone!!!
Louise
I found the old blast dmail with your addy, so I'm good.
Candyce, I haven't got anything particular in mind to bring for food...Is their anything you especially could use...I could make potato salad, meatballs, whatever you would like...If you would rather have desert that is fine too.
Please don't be afraid to ask...
Looking forward to meeting you..
Liza

Booj, I have the thalictrum, and love it too!
I would like some of the lily seeds, but I'm not going to have anything to bring to swap other than a smile, so only if there are some left after everyone gets what they want.
Love to swap for your smile!
You're too kind! I really can't wait just to meet everyone!
