I drive a school bus for Tyler School District in Tyler Texas and I don't live that near Flint Texas LOL
I was born and raised a Yankee in Illinois but have always had a southern way about me ...all quizzes I have ever taken have shown me to be at least 68% southern so here I am in the south..only problem is I can't go barefoot outside due to the fire ants and my feet and ankles swell up from them.
I drove a bus for 12 years in Illinois, have bar tended and cooked at a bar and a golf course and worked here in Texas at a place as a sous chef.

I have been school shopping with seven year old and her father.....I haven't had breakfast yet....I am tired and hungry all the stuff you guys are talking about has made me even more so......it all sounds sooooooooo goooooood!! Goin' for the Tuesday Bike Ride then I think we need to go to the Fish Tale for Smoked Salmon Plate and Dark n' Dry Apple Cider. That will make the ride worth it...

hehe... I don't wash the mower DH does and he had it tucked away in the shed with my potted plants in case it got windy to protect them but it seems the worst of it went to the east of us so they are back outside in the misting rain now but the mower is inside LOL

Yep Marion is his adopted grandma also. I just told my daughter that he has lots of grandma's now. He is one blessed little boy. He made out like a bandit on his Birthday Party Sunday.

We called Joey on Sunday from Kathy's house... her company was coming that day, getting away from the storm... she might be still tied up with them, don't know... but she did say that she still had to put her computer back together in the room where it belongs... and she didn't have everything in it's place yet... said she missed us all, and would come back just as soon as she can.

I think the big weekend caught up to me... I had to go lay down for a while, which I never do till I go to bed for the night... didn't go to sleep, but I feel better from just resting a little while. Now, Don's gone to bed, and I'm ready to stay up... sheesh.

But, I think I'll go watch tv with him anyway... may be back later, I don't know... If I fall asleep, I won't... (duh)
