OMG I forgot about Mudslides!! Those are soo good. I remember standing in my sister in laws driveway practicing our yellow belt form with a pitcher of mudslides LOL it wasn't pretty, but it was fun!!!!

I celebrated my divorce with a mudslide!!

Off topic here, but got this emailed to me. Only in Italy...

Man and his wife were getting a divorce at a local court in Italy.

But the custody of their children posed a problem. The mother jumped to her feet and protested to the judge that since she had brought the children into this world, she should retain custody of them.

The man also wanted custody of his children. The judge asked for his side of the story too. After a long moment of silence, the man rose from his chair and replied: "Judge, when I put a dollar into a vending machine, and a Pepsi comes out, does the Pepsi belong to me or to the machine?"

Good heavens... all this food and drink going around here... I just had to eat a sandwich... wasn't hungry till I read all this.
Yes, Jaye... Don says he has to go back to work to get any rest. It's his own fault, I keep telling him to come in out of the heat.

My mudslide story... About 5 years ago, on my birthday, Don took me out to lunch, and then I fixed a blender full of Mudslides... makes two tall glasses... one for me, one for Don. We took our tall glasses into the hot tub (at our old place, don't have a hot tub here). I got out of the hot tub 2 more times to make more Mudslides... that's 3 tall glasses of some really good chocolate milk shakes we drank through a straw in the hot tub. As long as we were in that tub, we didn't feel so bad... but about the time we got out, dried off and got dressed... it hit us like a ton of bricks... and we both were sound asleep by 3:00 in the afternoon.
We didn't wake up till 5am the next morning. We jumped up, stared at each other with this "oh, &%^$" look on our face... and scurried to get dressed.
Well, the problem with that is that we were running a business at the time, and no one locked up after closing at midnight.
I haven't drank more than 1 cocktail at a time since then... that is, if I drink at all.

Down in the boonies, a woman was in hard labor. The hubby went for the DR. It was night, and the electricity had gone off due to a storm. So the Dr. had the hubby hold the light so he could see.
He finally pulled out a little boy. As he handed him to the hubby, he said, "Hold the light again, here comes another one!" And he handed the hubby a little girl! As he went back to tend to the mother, he said, "Here, hold the light, there's another one, another boy!" The hubby laid all of them in a row on the bed. About that time, the doc said, "Hold the light again! here comes another one!"
The hubby said, " Doc, ya think the light's attractin' 'em?"

Audrey, you don't owe me anything, these are the ones I found a while back on clearance. I told you I would send you one LOL I just didn't say what decade...I am soo far behind on stuff! And this wet weather ain't helping. Trying to get stuff to dry is about impossible. Not to mention I gotta wait 24 hours between coats...Ah well at least its cooler!

I wish had more time to hang out but DH is on vacation all week and he has a sinus infection...and i thought my 2 year old was needy LOL!!!

ROFL ok wish I had my camcorder...my son (he's up late with Daddy home) just threw a piece of chicken on my dogs back. Now she is an American Pit Bull Terrier thats about as wide as she is long, and she can't reach the chicken, so she is turning around and around in circles trying to get it...poor dog, she's not smart enough to just shake it off.

BubbleJoy-I can't mix drinks and the hot tub-have tried it 2X-on my 21st w/ DH while we were dating in the mtns' in Sedona AZ (my 2nd fave place to visit) and once on my wedding night w/ champagne-both times the heat mixed w/ the alcohol made me violently ill:(
