Allison, your baskets really ARE exploding!

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

I can see everything is popping at Allison's house! Wow, nice selection...im in love with the monkey flower though. Oh, and those snaps are eye popping vibrant colors....let them seed and they should come back for you next year. Mine did for about 3 years in a row....now im working on Moss Roses, they are a little slower to get going in the season .

Yours are blooming? Mine are growing, just not ready to bloom. :-( All winter sown though. :-)

If I had space, I would absolutely start stuff inside - this is not a moral position.

How did I miss so much in only one day?
Beautiful photos, why do I always want what I don't have?

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Pixie62560, I love your moss rose. I planted some portulaca around my sundial, as I did last year with some snaps. Such cheerful little guys. Do you know the color on the one above? Patti

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I really didn't want the sun to go down today..... I was enjoying sitting out there in awe

LOL

those photos aren't even 1/4 of the baskets... wish you all could be here

the more and more Nicotiana I see... the more and more I love them

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Nice Patti

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Their scent is so important for me. I grew some purple ones and the tall white one from seed that have yet to flower. I bought the lime ones at a nursery in NH. Patti

I can't wait for mine (that I got sent to me from a member here) to bloom.... I got all freaked out when I saw the buds starting to form

all great shots Patti

Patti & Carrie,
No I didn't grow it nor do I know the name as this was given to me by my DB good friend. Sorry! This is another one that was in the mix.

Very nice, Patti. Which nicotiana do you like best, Allison? I tried one a few years ago that was a big disappointment. Hardly any scent - even at night. I like that moss rose, Celeste.

Too many posts to keep up with!
