YES I dropped a BIG plant... not a baby... I am so pissed at myself... Well now I guess I have a leaf or two to sell huh? As now I will have to find me a new one.. I root better in the winter not the summer... I love how you put your episcia's in a bowl... I have a couple of those bowls and I am going to try that... Any suggestion for Kolheria (sp)? Mine are tall and leggy... Shoot I don't want to finish my potting now...
On a good note it did rain here for about 1/2 hour and we need allot more then just came... I tried to run around the yard doing a dance but did not help... darn it...

Susan, you know you can roll the kohleria's when they get to leggy?take them out of the pot, take some of the soil off, make sure they are on the dry side, then make an indentation in the soil close to the rootball with your thumb, then just pull the stem down under the root ball & keep rolling until it's short again. i seen a grower do this & was so impressed, also did you know that if you have blooms on top of the plant after you rool it, it will still bloom. intresting hu.
