swear I'm going to bed after this....Wrightie - not sure if you'll "see" this or not....but are you talking inside or outside smelly good stuff?
DC area - Spring Swap, May 24th
*sigh* I guess you all are together and having a ball. Wish I was there. I hope you guys had a great time!
wrightie that sure is one fine looking young man. I was raised with Danes and have a Lab Dane mix right now. Very nice.
Wrightie... hope everything is all-wrightie... we missed you today! Noobie, you know you were missed too!
Follow me over here... I started a new follow-up thread for our swap!

I had a flat tire yesterday up in Howard County - did Happy get my voicemail message??? I had no way to contact Becky from the side of the road. GRRR
Anyone wanna come over for some brioche this morning????
No, I didn't think to check voice messages -- I was racing. I'm so sorry.
I might take you up on that brioche. I have plants for you!!!
Argh!! I'm glad it was nothing harmful, but how frustrating! OK, next swap, there shall be no car trouble. No flat tires, no close encounters with guard rails, no wrong turns taking people a hour out of the way... We decree it! :-)
Oh, no! Poor Wrightie. I sent some oriental poppies to you with Happy. Joyce dug them for you from her yard. Not sure if they'll make the transition. I know they will die back because they do that after blooming any way, so if you can stick them somewhere where you can see if they come back next year. If they don't make it, I can get you more next time. Anyway, I know they're hard to transplant so they may not make it.
We missed you yesterday. I'm sorry you were having such an awful time.
Sad to say I haven't made the transport to Wrightie yet, and the poppies are looking pretty sad. I put them in the shade. I have a black thump with poppies; I hope my being in the transport chain doesn't doom them.
They are really hard to transplant. I told Joyce to get as much root as she could but it's hard for her to bend over with her bad knees and hips. They also do better if you transplant them when they're not blooming.
But even if they are going to make it, they will look horrible and even die back so you can't tell until the next spring if they're going to live most of the time.
Ok, I'll let Wrightie know.
Glad your okay Wrightie, but I'm sorry you had a flat tire.....bummer! We missed you at the round-up!
Zeb is growing up quickly! What a handsome young dog!!
Jill: "No flat tires, no close encounters with guard rails, no wrong turns taking people a hour out of the way... We decree it!........from your lips to God's ears"! :~)
Ohhh Wrightie....didn't even get the slobber kiss you promised ^_^....seriously, glad you're ok - flat tires aren't fun but at least it wasn't something worse. I sent you smell good-goodies....any question pop me a dmail.
Hugs
