I know I opened the front door and WOW! they weren't even close to open the day before.
I checked my garden map and I can now verify they are 'Donald Duck'.

WOW - look at all of the beautiful blooms!! I have some more crocuses that the squirrels haven't eaten yet. Eleanor

Look what I made today!! It's a mini greenhouse to put my seedlings in! I used old wire fencing that I cut and used for a frame on a picnic table that we don't use anymore. I reinforced all of the edges of the plastic with duct tape. The bottom of the edges and back are stapled down and the rest is held together with industrial strength velcro so it can come apart. The top rolls up for venilation and is tied like a balloon curtain. The sides can come down also. For shade I will probably just throw an old sheet over it unless I come up with another plan. Katharine Hodgkins related to other reticulata. So 5-6" tall. Not quite as hardy I'm told. We will need reports. Tete a Tete bloomed today Beat all the older daffs in front of our stone wall, a few showing color but they are a mix.
