Anyone else having a problem?

I just got off the phone. It's definitely a bandwidth issue. We are capped at 10Mb/s and therefore we are currently using 100% of the bandwidth we have available to us.

I have submitted a ticket to our data center to increase our cap from 10 to 100, which will resolve this issue. I don't know how long it will take them to get it done, though.

My data center has written and said that the bandwidth cap has been removed. My tests have confirmed this fact.

So...... is anyone still having slow troubles?
