Janis, Pau and I know all about mitral valve prolapse. Pau has a mechanical valve since Nov. 2000 and my mitral valve was repaired in Oct. 2003. We have matching scars--LOL!! (that's carrying togetherness a little too far!!) Keep us posted about Sarah.

I wish we all lived closer--what a time we could have, but don't forget that I am the "matriarch" of this "family" and I still have my flyswatter!! LOL

pep, it's wasn't my last post and I wasn't thinking of him at the time. Sorry. I dislike the man and his voice immensely. Like fingers on a chalkboard. I'm sure somebody told him his voice was sexy somewhere. Low, slow and almost monotone. Yuck.

Mau, the insurance company, which is really quite confusing, since my call-ID said Ryder Truck Rental and the man was in a semi that said Ryder on the side. I thought they only owned rental trucks, but what do I know. Times a ticking and I guess they have no idea of that. Good. At this point, I couldn't care less. I'm prepared, have been keeping a log of times called by the driver and by us and to the boss and to the insurance company. I shouldn't of been respectful of the deputy when he said that the driver did what he could, but would write him a ticket if we wanted to press charges. I should of argued with him then and there. He did what he could? Except look our way? No one is going to convince me that us, down low in a Mustang could see the semi, yet the semi driver could not see us. Of course he didn't. He didn't look our way. I know most on here don't realize what a memory I have. I remember what the driver said to us and when. I remember the deputy said and when. I remember what the "boss" said. I remember it all. What is next on my list, is to buy that disposal camera and keep it in the glove compartment.

Gotta run, helping somebody with their computer..

Got Sarah into the doctor today.... and she listened to me, and didn't blow off my idea that it could be mitral valve prolapse. She isn't concerned enough yet to put Sarah through an EKG or an Echo-cardiogram, but we have to keep a log of when she has the pains, what she was doing, if anything makes them better or worse, and so on. Also have to try to take her pulse when they happen. If she has them for 7 days in a row, we go back, if not, I"ll cal in about a month with the log to see where we go next. I'm very glad that she didn't blow me off... I went through that with Tori, with different doctors, and I can't stand it. This doctor is very good about "mother intuition" .

Marie, I asked Tammy about campaigning to get her reinstated, and she told me she didn't want that. She is afraid that someone else will get the boot over the situation. I think she was treated unfairly, but that is just my opinion.
