i am from St. Louis, lived in east-central TN, spent a lot of time in Louisville and some in New Orleans.
Somehow i have been stuck in the NE for almost SIX years now. But i'll make a break for more civilized, southern lands sooner or later..

I turn *whisper* 4-0 this year...my parts DEFINITELY looked better in 1988.

My parts looked better in 2001..! Then i settled down (and so did my parts).

I asked DH if he was going to trade me in for two twenties when I turned 40, and he sighed and said he couldn't keep up with ONE woman, let alone two.

i just spent a week in Houston at a conference, and amongst all the Texans, and the many other Southerners in attendence, my Tennessee accent came back so fast!
