Spring NE Roundup - Saturday June 28th
Looks good, Kass!
I am inspired by you to go get pansies today. Thanks, Patti
One of today's articles is about Boston! (by me)
DOES ANYBODY MIND IF I DO AN ARTICLE FOR DAVE'S GARDEN ABOUT OUR ROUND-UP? It would include pictures (with DG name) unless you don't want it to, in which case it could just be fuzzy milling around shots with no identifiable faces.
(Probably wiser anyway.) Any other NE Forum writers care to take this on? xx, Carrie
Lovely photos, Harper and Kassia! How nice that we will all be able to feast our eyes in person! If I were your neighbor, Kassia, I'd be jealous of your lovely yard!
I wouldn't have a problem with it Carrie
Terrific, Allison, thanks. BTW, my rosydawngardens coleus arrived - aome of them are doing ok but some are not happy. :-( xx, C
oh no..... so sorry to hear that... i asked for the week before mothers day so I can have the planters ready for them... good luck I hope they spring back
I'm sure they will - plus I took cuttings while I was pruning off the sad parts. Oh, I couldn't wait that long!!!! I'll be way too busy then!!! xx, Carrie
Kassia, can you put your camera on a special "make me look skinny" setting. Thanks, Patti
I will take that photo lens too!
me three.
Hi everyone... roses are starting to arrive... saw a gorgeous white flower tree today... oh I almost caused an accident... but the darn tree was gorgeous!
you can write about the RU Carrie... no problem with me...
I have a new camera... that should be good!!!!
Thanks, Kassia. x, Carrie
It would be great to have an article written about our Round Up. It would make us all feel good, and it would teach the newer members about just what a Round Up is all about. (And of course, no one does a Round Up better than our NE Forum!)
:) .... I aggree Candyce... we know how to have fun! hey, have you guys seen the game Gardenopoly???? oh I am thinking of getting it... the only problem is nobody from my family would play it with me... if I get it can we play at the RU???? just kidding!!!!
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Garden-Opoly, is an organic property trading game that will grow on you. Players buy garden favorites, collect clay pots and trade them in for greenhouses. With aphid infestation, your water bill and a dandelion outbreak and it becomes difficult! The back of each deed contains interesting facts such as the appropriate climate, soil and watering for each plant as well as fun facts about origins, popularity and varieties. Choose your token and roll the dice. For 2 to 5 players.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That sounds like a fun game to play. I've not heard of it before.
I got it... could not resist...
Kassia - judging from my water bill today, I must have aphid infestation!!! LOL

Oh I just can't wait to see you guys!!!!
Kassia - you do need more than one blueberry and more than one kind is even better!
Amy, I could take you.
Onewish-you might want to get on 84 instead of 95- or we could all meet.
Anybody want yarrow and monarda and coneflower? Oh, also heuchera. One of the easy, common ones, plum pufdding or maple leaf swirl or something. xx, Carrie
