Stop and visit, talk all you want. Pt 17

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Yep, it's quiet tonight all right, pepper. I guess everybody is out for the evening. As for me I am watching Mr.Monk while I type. I have a small TV in my computer room. ☺☺☺

I'm glad your son and his GF and her family are okay, Tammy. Sure hope the other party does have insurance.

The puppies are growing and they are so cute! What kind of puppies are they? I know you have told us but I forgot.
The second post on that link certainly sounds familiar--seems to me I read it somewhere: "Your mileage may vary." LOL

Y'all have a good tomorrow. I will be gone all day--taking DGD and 2 of her friends to see Pat Parelli. Pepper, I'll let you know if it was worth the time when I get back tomorrow evening.

Good night all.
Mau

edited to add: we cross-posted, Pepper. That was some wreck you were in!!

The puppies are Pugapoos. I figured I had best get something posted before everyone sent a possy after me! HA HA HA I thought you all would get a kick out of that link.

Pepper, that sounds like you had major injuries to me!!!

Oh, that post! lol.

Where has terry disappeared to anyways? hmmmm

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

She is probably off in her corner with the crayons marking on Celia's wall this time!!! LOL

Nope, major injuries are life threatening. Or close to it. It looked like major injuries but once things were cleared up about why I wasn't responding normally and I was cleaned up it was clear then that my injuries were only moderate. Needed 4 stitches right next to my right eye but that was it.

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

LOL. Better her's than mine!!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

HA HA HA Mine, too! My daughter still tries it occasionally!

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

LOL. I mark the walls with baskets and furniture and other stuff that gets moved around. But no crayons. I knoooow better!! lol

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

She does too, so we always try to be sure she has plenty of coloring books!

(Zone 7a)

Hi!!! She marked the walls a little but no biggie! I'm going to paint anyway!!! LOL

And where did Janis go, too?

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Hello, all. It's late so I will make this short.
I took my DGD to the Pat Parelli Horsemanship clinic today along with 2 of her friends. Pepper, I wish you could have been there. If you ever get the opportunity to go see Pat and Linda, you certainly should. It was wonderful. The 3 girls and I just loved it. I enjoyed it far more than I ever thought I would. We were there from 10--5 with a break for lunch and another break later in the afternoon. The last 2 hours were spent with Pat taking a horse he had never seen and absolutely working wonders with that horse. It was the most amazing thing I have ever witnessed as far as an animal is concerned. I don't have time or space to tell you about all that he did with that spooky, nervous, overbearing horse but at the end of an hour and a half the horse was putty in Pat's hands. If you have ever seen The Dog Whisperer on Nat. Geographic channel, you will get an idea of what this guy did with that horse! Absolutely amazing!

I had only been home about an hour when we got a call from a relative telling us that Pau's cousin had been killed in a boating accident on Lake Mead in Nevada.
Pau is very upset over it. I don't know yet what Pau will want to do about going to the funeral. It is a 2 1/2 day drive from here to Henderson, NE where they live (suburb of Las Vegas) and we can't afford the air fare right now. They haven't made arrangements yet. There has to be an autopsy to determine whether or not the cousin drowned or if he was killed instantly due to a head injury. Pau was not particularly close to this cousin but we are both close to the cousin's parents and would want to be there for them. Maybe we will know more tomorrow. Right now I need to get in bed. Talk to y'all tomorrow.
