Years and years ago the guy who drew the "Dick Tracy" cartoon had vehicles similar to cars flying around the moon and into outer space. He had a motto that said: "The nation that controls magnetism will control the world." Maybe some genius should start exploring the wonders of magnetism and how that could give us flying cars, etc. LOL

Maybe they need to see the sun? Are they in where it can get to them?

Hi, all! Back from getting the tire fixed. I stopped and picked up lunch. Shrimp and garlic flatbread and raw vegies. Mmm... The tire had a huge nail in it. I had it repaired and it's just fine, now.

Flying cars...It reminded me of a nightmare Darrell had once. Flying tigers. Real tigers, not the airplanes. He's always remembered that one. ☺

That would be fun! LOL I got the watch MY babies yesterday FROLICKING in the grass! Monty is ten years old this year and he acted like a one year old. Isis is eight and she was doing it, too!

I took the puppies out this morning with the Harley running, bout scared them to death! HA HA HA They don't like it outside at all anyway.

Oh, that's sad! Mine would hate me if they couldn't go out.

Well, my oldest son just called and he was with his GF and her family and were hit by a drunk driver! She took out the side of their SUV and both tires! They are all ok, just shaken up. They fear the old lady has no insurance, so they will probably be stuck with the bill. Good thing he is a body mechanic!! He actually teaches at a Technical School, so he might as well take it and let the students repair it.

Yikes!! Glad no one was hurt. I have been there. T-boned almost 5 yrs ago. Lost the truck but only had moderate injuries.

Thanks, Amanda! Only wreck I recall being in was just me when I hit black ice. That was awful. I ended up with whiplash and bruised to high heaven, and bent the frame on my poor little car.

I had whiplash, dislocated jaw, strained ligament in mouth, stitches next to one eye, bruises, back was out, and I think that was it. I was at a bad intersection. Literally broke my truck in half. It was something. But I am alive and have no pain though my jaw doesn't work as well as it used to so I am lucky.
