Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

I found you! I found you! LOL

(Zone 7a)

Whew! That was close. I thought I forgot how to do this for a minute.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Now you know Mau is gonna be after you with her flyswatter for doing this! LOL
And Terry will be drawing on your wall with crayons! :o)

(Zone 7a)

I need some good crayons drawings! I've seen her work. I could get millio..thou...a few bucks for them.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Well, I think I am all mischiefed out for now, but I will let it build up for later! LOL
Nighty night C, and enjoy your family! :o)

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

HA HA HA Have fun getting her to share, she can be kinda stingy with her crayons! JK :o)
Ok, going nighty night this time, really! LOL
Love MIL to death, but it has been stressful having someone else in the house.

(Zone 7a)

It always is, deary. Have a good night.

And she is not!

See everyone in the morning!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Well, I went to bed, then some idiot had to do one of those 'knock and runs'!!! I have been waiting on the Cops for at least 30 minutes, so it is a good thing whoever it was didn't decide to stick around and do anything stupid!!!

(Zone 7a)

Super large children would be my guess. Did they ever show up? Tell all in the a.m.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Prob so. NO, they never showed up, so I finally called and told em I was going to bed! I also told them that it was too late, cause whoever it was would be long gone by now!!! He says so you are going to bed, I said yes I am, thanks and hung up!!!

Bureau County, IL(Zone 5a)

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Hey Celia! :o)

(Zone 7a)

Hey!!!!!

(Zone 7a)

Shoot! Now I have to leave.

BYE!!!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

HA HA HA BYE! :o)

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Hi, all! I just got a very short email from Marcy. She has had the flu and she is still sick. She says this is the worst she has ever had the flu. Y'all remember her in your prayers, please. Everyone have a good evening. I'm going to sign off now. Pau and I are going to the Arkansas Flower and Garden Show in Little Rock tomorrow so I'll be offline until tomorrow night, probably. Everybody get well, if you have been sick and try to have a good weekend.

Mau

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Night Mau, and be sure to think of all of us tomorrow while at the show! :o)

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

Am here, just busy watching a co-op. And catching up on what feels like 2 million threads.

Buuuuut.....I get to go check out the new Bass Pro Shop tomorrow!! Whooo hooo!!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

My EX used to make me go to Bass Pro all the time. Wouldn't have been so bad had he not always wanted to be up and gone at 4 am!!!

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

4am!!! That's waaaaaay to early!!!! The one I am going to is the new one in Independence. Just opened on Weds. Gonna be so cool!!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Yes, he was always nuts! Donno why I didn't see it sooner! HA HA HA

Bureau County, IL(Zone 5a)

I'm signing off too. Got on a for a minute this morning and another minute tonight. Not sure about tomorrow, just found out my disabled BIL is in the hospital, again, with pneumonia.

I do have to ask though, what, pray tell, is so cool about a bass pro shop?? Please explain. Thinking I'd rather watch paint dry than go to a bass pro shop. Or clean a toilet. Heck, I could think of a million things to do so as not to go to a bass pro shop. Realize also, that is only me. Unless of course, we're talking about a bass guitar pro shop? Now that would be cool.

Over and out.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

LOL Terry! There are many more things besides fishing stuff there, but NOTHING worth going that early in the morning, even if it was a 2 plus hour drive! NITE!

(Zone 7a)

Only one thing is worth getting up for that early. FREE PLANTS!!!

Hubby is feeling better but still with the cough, cough, cough. I am, too, but not nearly as bad as it was. Brother Scott is heading out in the morning. ;-(

Mom is NOT doing well. She's sleeping constantly, has halucinations, is argueing with everyone...Who said 2008 was going to be a good year? ☺

So terribly sorry to hear Marcy is sick! This year has been bad for sicknesses and it's not even the end of February! Spring must come NOW!!! LOL ☺ Everyone will now stop getting sick, those who are sick will get better and those about to become sick, will not.

And have fun at the Garden Show, Mau!!! Good night, All!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Good morning all! :o)
I agree, Celia!!! Gotta love FREE PLANTS!!! Sorry about your Mom, that is so sad.

(Zone 7a)

Good morning, everyone!

It is, Tammy, but not unexpected. Dad's situation was but not hers. She and we were prepped before-hand and are handling it better. If only she weren't so mean about everything.

So...Brother Scott has headed to the airport. Brother Mark ahs taken him then is returning so he and I can go to the AT&T store and exchange a phone of his.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Well, I suppose it is good to know what you are up against then.
Yes, AT&T phones SUCK!

(Zone 7a)

Not for us. We've been with them since 1998 and have never had a problem with the phones. This one is just having a battery issue.

Scott was very upset with mom and I had to remind him that she has poisons running through her system and it's affecting her mental facalties, too.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Well, we have had problems with almost every single phone we have had from them, just our luck I suppose!!!
Oh I know how hard it is to be watching that ole tongue with some!!!

(Zone 7a)

Indeed. ☺

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Good evening, everyone! We had a great time today--ate lunch at Olive Garden-yummm--flower and garden show was good--had fun hanging out with 3 other DGer's. You can check it all out at the following link:
http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/815423/

Sorry to hear about your mom being mean about everything, Celia. As you said, though--you were prepped about it so her condition is not unexpected.

Terry, I agree with you--Bass Pro Shop is not on my list of high priority places to visit. I've been to the one in Springfield, MO and also to the one in Branson. I liked the big aquarium at the one in Springfield. I can't even remember if there is an aquarium at the one in Branson. Everything they have is very expensive and once you've been there, it's no big deal. There were plans to build one in North Little Rock but I think they ran into zoning problems or something. It may have been "put on the shelf" for now.
Y'all have a good evening.

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

This one up here is really neat. The biggest Bass Pro store so far. I love the architecture. And all the details. Not the products so much though that's a bonus.

And there are clothes that are perfect for me there that I can't get anywhere else. I found-finally-a rain jacket today for when the spring rains hit. I have been looking for 2 yrs with no luck til now.

I also need muckers to keep my feet dry and maybe another work shoe. Not that I need more shoes. LOL. I think I have over 20 pairs so far. And I wear all of them.

It is not a store I would go to all the time but every once in awhile. But having said that, I only saw a very, very small portion today so am hoping to make it back next weekend.

(Zone 7a)

Good morning, everyone! ☺

Hubby is getting better. Maybe I'll get him out of the house today. Whatever this thing is we've had, it's BAD.

I enjoy going to those stores but only once in awhile. It's fun to just look. We have yet to make it to the new Cabella's that opened last year.

And Pepper? NEVER too many shoes! ☺☺☺

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

LOL. You can have too many shoes when you have no place to put them. As it is I have a stack next to a bookcase, a stack between a dresser and a wall, another row under another dresser, one or 2 under the bookcase mentioned above, some in front of the other bookcase and some by the front door. Constantly tripping over them too. lol

I have never been in Cabella's. But one of my brothers goes there all the time and the other sometimes. They both love it. lol

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Good afternoon, everyone!

What's Cabella's?

Pepper, have you tried one of those over-the-door shoe hangers?

Glad your DH is feeling better, Celia. I've heard other people who have had that "crud" say that it is some really bad stuff. Marcy said so, too.

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

I have tried those and I hated them.

Cabella's is another outdoor store. www.cabelas.com/home.jsp;jsessionid=GAY1PPRKUAYMTLAQBBKSCOVMCAEFMIWE?cm_ven=redirect&cm_cat=domain&cm_pla=f&cm_ite=cabellas.com&_requestid=49294

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

I have never had one of those over-the-door shoe hangers, either. I have 3 of those that sit on the floor under your clothes in the closet. They do a pretty good job of keeping my shoes organized although some of my shoes just sit on the floor in front of the shoe holders. LOL

I'm not a "shoe freak" but I have a 9 yr. old granddaughter who is. I swear that child has been known to wear a pair of shoes and go out the door with a pair of shoes in each hand! I took her shoe shopping one year for her birthday--I think she was 6 at the time. We went to Payless Shoes because they were having a Buy 1, Get 1 sale. We spent about an hour in the store while she tried on practically every shoe in her size! We left there with 5 pair of shoes for a grand total of about $37.00. She had a blast--loved every minute of it. I feel for her parents when she gets older and those cheap shoes will no longer satisfy her. Thank goodness for sales! LOL

I checked out that link for Cabella's. We don't have one here in Arkansas although they are missing a good market--lots of hunters and fishermen and all kinds of sportsmen down here.
