Hey I waited two days to say this since I did not want to offend. But you noticed the cocky Giant fans with the '18-1' signs. Also, on the radio in NY, there was a group of them who talked about patenting 'Eighteen and one'. Well, as soon as I saw the sign at the game I thought a better one would have been 'Eighteen and lost'. I'm ducking!

Victor, the sad and shocking thing about the game was how in the world could the Patriots lose against such an inferior team, a wild card at that.

Maria, you're right - Brady couldn't do it by himself. But his offensive line was tied up most of the game. They couldn't protect him. Now, why didn't our defense attack Manning the way they did Brady? I don't know.

They tried - the Giant offensive line did a great job protecting him.

The other EE at work was a Syracuse grad and always followed the teams and was a very active alum - even in his eighties.

I don't know about any other cities, but here in Boston the unofficial first day of spring is when the trucks are loaded to take equipment down to FL for spring training. They left Friday! Some serious fans consider it a holiday.
