No we took as kids when you were feeling under the weather,or really when you told your mum,you were to sick to go to school,and the thought of having to take another spoonful,made you feel better right quick now!!!!LOL
My uncle (has a horse ranch), once rubbed me down with horse linament when I had been thrown...the cure was soooooooooooo much worse than the injury!!!! Thought I was gonna die! But, I was up the next day with no ill affects, so I guess that was better than a week of bruises.

Shari, anything applied to horses, we can use as well..that's what some people swear by!! Take the ointment for their hooves, they say it's good for our calluses.

Christi, I gain more weight post surgery, due to insulin. Mind you, I am faithful on my elliptical machine, eat less calories and yet it's a fighting battle. So...I just accept that I'll never be a size 14 anymore. Used to be a size 8!
It's a medical dilemna here with teenagers depending on insulin. In France, they have new meds that will not cause weight gain after so many cases of teenagers going into coma, avoiding insulin.
Jaye...insulin....not fun! And that dilema is not just in teens...adult onset is causing some serious problems as well.
