When do they stop the ice skating?

Thanks for all the wonderful photos of the blooms. They are a real pick me up at this time of year. Since the Christmas cactus has stopped blooming, I have no other blossoms to show off.

But, I did get myself an English Ivy plant to keep in my bedroom! How foolish was that? My cats will be playing with the tendrils as soon as they spot them!

My Hippeastrums are starting to really make me happy. The current crew. Gold Medal ( orange/red), Candy Floss, Trentino, Rozette(short one) and Lady Jane which is just opened today for the second time but this picture was taken yesterday. Patti

Patti and Harper - what a treat to see your gorgeous blooms! I'm waiting for my Apple Blossom to send up a flower spike soon. It is planted in my patio garden down here.

Semi-fired, he can drive in a few more weeks. Does not need the crutches anymore, which he promptly handed to the doctor before the words were completely out of the docs mouth! LOL
As soon as he got home he went and got a cup of coffee, and hobbled into the livingroom. He was so proud he could finally get it on his own and no one had to carry it for him. He didn't spill a drop this time either!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (A week ago I ran to the store, when I came home there was a path of coffee drops all the way from the kitchen to the livingroom.)

Congrats to both! I wish him a speedy path to full recovery.
